After nine years of creating commissioned watercolor portraits of people and pets, I decided to adapt my technique and style so I could teach them to others. Now, you have the opportunity to immortalize a pet in watercolor yourself. All necessary materials will be provided; you simply need to bring a photo of a pet to use as a reference for your painting. If you have never worked with watercolors before or lack drawing experience, don’t worry! The workshop is designed for all skill levels. This class will focus on dogs and cats.

For all painting there is a study and previous research, so I decided to watch the film My Neighbor Totoro in order to create this painting with familiarity. And what a delight it was to have contact with such a beautiful and exciting animation! In this painting we have the little Max with his magical forest friends. Mild shades of green predominate to represent the density of the forest and mosses on the tree. The transparencies of the watercolor create the atmosphere of dream. The color of some flowers indicate that spring is also there. Another painting with scenery for me to be proud of ❤️

I love how my son's creative process is so unpredictable! Who would guess the final result?!.
Amo o processo criativo do meu filho porque é tão imprevisível! Quem poderia imaginar o resultado final?!

The first day of the Botanical Watercolor course is coming! Many people would like to be part of it, but they can't attend all the days. It is very important for me that everyone who wants to can have the opportunity to learn Watercolor painting with me. This is why I thought about an extra class, free of charge, where the students can painting the nature in the nature! Check the video for more details ^^

Sejam bem-vindos
