During that year we had the opportunity to become a small part of homes around Australia and meet a lot of new and inspiring friends and creators. We are a husband and wife team Beatrice and Jake Garvey and a swaussie couple (-yep, thats a thing). We met in the middle of nowhere in the outback of Queensland, Australia. Our passion in creating a home and sustainable lifestyle was an opening for us
to start Stugan & Co. Stugan & Co is about the love of unique and handmade items for your home. We thrive to make pieces that will stand the test of time and respect the nature. In the beginning of 2016 we sold our house in Brisbane and took the big steps of packing our whole life in to 3 suitcases and fly to Stockholm with our two dogs. It was much harder than we thought and we had to let Stugan rest for awhile. Finding our routines and getting in to a normal life our fingers started itching to create and Stugan became a big topic of our conversations again.
However we miss the wonderful community feeling we were involved with in Brisbane, where we creators had a connection and knew each other, we became workmate and good friend.
