Pasta with White Sauce and Bacon
Simple, quick, and delicious.

Ingredients:

Pasta (your favorite type)
Bacon
Heavy cream
Burger cheese
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of oil

Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the bacon in the oil until crispy. Add the heavy cream and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the burger cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Mix in the cooked pasta and serve hot.

Șnițe din piept de pui si cașcaval

Ingrediente:
300 gr piept de pui
2 Ouă
150 gr cașcaval
2 linguri de făină
Sare/piper negru

Chicken with vegetables

Ingredients:
400 g mushrooms
400 g chicken breast
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 sweet peppers
300 ml milk
100 g cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes
150 g grated cheese
2–3 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 tablespoon flour

Sauce Preparation
In a pan, add a little oil or butter. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and cook it slightly. Then gradually pour in the milk while stirring well until you get a creamy consistency. Add a little salt, pepper, and some grated cheese. Let it simmer on low heat 2tfor about 2 minutes.

Cooking Instructions
Bake the chicken and vegetables for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F). After that, add the grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.

Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

Salmon
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Side Dish:

Potatoes
Butter
Salt
Cheese

Preparation:

Place the salmon in a baking tray together with the cherry tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.

Side Dish Preparation:

Boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and mix it with melted butter. Flatten the potatoes and brush them with the garlic butter sauce. Bake for about 15 minutes at 195°C.
