After learning culinary techniques in cooking schools in France, I decided to travel the world. From 5 star hotels to Michelin restaurants, at the age of 26
I embarked on a new challenge, working onboard chartered luxury yachts. Catering to demanding requests from guests who are royalty & celebrities , I diversified my repertoire. Working on super yachts for about 14 years , has also allowed me t

o indulge in my other passions of traveling and diving. I moved to Singapore with my lovely wife and daughter. I want to share my passion for cooking .
