It's her birthday! It's his belated birthday too! It's mother and daughter duo from 13 hours flight! All in one family bonding day! 🥳😍

We had so much fun making the coffee bun, cheese rolls, tuna bun and butter sugar bun.

I shared my swiss roll and they shared their delicious homemade epok epok! 😋

We had a blast! 🥳
Yet another nice company Bonding Workshop.

We mixed the dough, rolled and cut out the dough, mixed the icing and decorated the cookies with edible flowers. 🌸🌹🌼💐

Some were really creative with the icing. The cookies are soooo pretty!

I love Bosch mixers! The powerful motors can knead heavy dough with ease.

The MUMS6ZS13D is not available in Singapore. I stumbled upon it at Media Markt Alexa, Berlin at huge discount of 450€. Usual price is 539€. Can't resist but to carry it home!

Big thanks to Joelynn and Valerie for helpful advice in regards to tax and tax refund for both countries. And my supportive strong man in carrying this. Couldn't have done this without all of your help! 🙏

Willkommen in Berlin!!

My short trip but managed to squeeze some time to attend a 3-hour Sourdough Workshop at Loaf Lab by Anastasia.

It's located nearest to Antonplatz tram station.

Anastasia is amazing and shared tons of theories about sourdough starter, mixing, resting and baking the loaf.

Learning that I'm from Singapore, she also prepared the dehydrated starter and baked a loaf beforehand for me to takeaway.

My heartfelt thanks! 🥰
