Raw and a little wabi-sabi, but still quiet luxe. That was the brief for this home at Clover by the Park.

During material selection, the client was drawn to natural-looking finishes, stone textures, marble greens, and anything that felt understated rather than polished. So instead of standard-sized tiles with visible grout lines everywhere, we proposed larger formats, 900mm by 900mm and 1200mm by 600mm, to keep the surfaces reading as one continuous material.

Right now, flooring tiles are done and electrical works are ongoing. Next week the team moves into the curved ceiling and partition work, while the bathrooms get prepped for waterproofing ahead of a ponding test over the weekend.

There's still a way to go before the full reveal.

A young couple with one kid wanted to open up their existing apartment. Two separate rooms became one big open space, but the windows and doors stayed.

That wasn't an oversight. It was a decision built for a few years from now, when their kid is older and needs an actual room again. The openness works for a young family today, and the structure is already there to close it back up when privacy actually matters later.

At Lincoln Suites, most of the carpentry is already up, and Paul and the team are moving into painting work this week. Because our carpenters are in-house, adjustments like this are simple to coordinate — if something needs tweaking or a new item gets added, we just bring the same team back on site.

A fresh look for today, with the flexibility to grow into tomorrow.

Two homeowners can get quotes that look identical on paper and still end up with completely different materials.

That gap usually comes down to how materials get chosen. We match every laminate, tile, and countertop to the actual space, down to the inlays, the transitions, and the type of glass used. None of it is picked because it's default or convenient.

If the quote looks cheap, check what's actually inside it first.

Most ID firms cannot say their carpentry works this way.

Every wardrobe, cabinet, and built-in piece we make comes out of the same factory in MacPherson, built by six carpenters who work for us and no one else.

Skipping the middleman is what lets us match colors, ABS finishing, and sizing exactly to the space, and keep that same standard from the first piece we build to the last.
