The private quarters were planned to feel less like a series of rooms, and more like one continuous retreat.

The common walkway is interated into the walk-in wardrobe, with the layout reworked to connect naturally to the master bathroom, making the everyday routine feel more considered. Beyond it, a fluted glass door opens gently into the master bedroom, while layered lighting, curtains and warm carpentry create a softer, more intimate atmosphere.

Each transition here is deliberate, giving the home the quiet, layered quality of a modern luxury suite.

The kitchen pairs the warmth of dark walnut with an off-white and sand-toned sintered stone island, its organic, travertine-like character bringing a natural sense of tactility that sits beautifully within the Wabi-sabi aesthetic, while still feeling undeniably luxurious.
