ដោយបានសហការជាមួយអតិថិជនចាស់របស់យើង យើងបានជួយគាត់ក្នុងការរចនាហាងអាហារ មួយផ្សេងទៀតរបស់គាត់។

ចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់គាត់ គឺចង់នាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរនៅក្នុងតំបន់នោះ ឱ្យមានអារម្មណ៍ដូចជានៅក្នុងប្រទេសបារាំង នៅពេលដែលពួកគេដើរកាត់តាមច្រកផ្លូវនេះ ហើយនោះគឺជាអ្វីដែលយើងបានធ្វើ។

យើងបានរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នារវាងរចនាបថភោជនីយដ្ឋានបារាំងបែបទំនើប និងផ្ទះអាជីវកម្មបុរាណរបស់សិង្ហបុរី ដើម្បីបង្កើតបរិយាកាសមួយដែលស្រស់ស្រាយ និងរស់រវើក។

Working with our long-time client, we helped him design yet another one of his shophouse restaurant.

His vision, to bring tourist around the area into France when they walk by this pathway. That is what we did. Referencing the French modern restaurants and mixing it with Singapore’s iconic historic shophouses, we brought out a fun, bright tone to the environment.

From white wooden chairs to textured paints, we selected the materials used in the space carefully, to bring the space alive and almost into a whole new city.

JP Rocks - The Peak

ការរៀបចំការិយាល័យឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ គឺជាអ្វីដែលជួយឱ្យអតិថិជនមានទំនុកចិត្តលើគម្រោងរបស់ពួកគេតាំងពីជំហានដំបូង។ នេះគឺជាគោលដៅចម្បងរបស់យើងសម្រាប់គម្រោងមួយនេះ។
យើងបានចាប់ផ្តើមរចនាការិយាល័យរបស់ JPRocks ចាប់តាំងពីបន្ទប់នៅទំនេរស្អាត ដោយផ្អែកលើគោលគំនិតពីរយ៉ាងគឺ “ភាពស្អាត និង ទីធ្លាធំទូលាយ”។

នៅពេលឈានជើងចូលមកដល់ អ្នកនឹងត្រូវបានស្វាគមន៍ដោយផ្នែកទទួលភ្ញៀវ ជាមួយនឹងតុទទួលភ្ញៀវ ដែលមានរាងជ្រុងប្លែកភ្នែក ត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងយ៉ាងពិសេសដើម្បីឱ្យស៊ីទៅនឹងអត្តសញ្ញាណម៉ាកដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។

កន្លែងរង់ចាំ (Semi-open) បង្កើតនូវអារម្មណ៍បែបផាសុខភាព។ ការិយាល័យបែបបើកចំហ បង្ហាញពីភាពមមាញឹក និងសកម្មភាពការងារដ៏រស់រវើក ដែលផ្តល់ទំនុកចិត្តដល់ភ្ញៀវថា ក្រុមហ៊ុនកំពុងបម្រើសេវាកម្មយ៉ាងសកម្មជូនដល់អតិថិជនជាច្រើន។

បន្ទាប់មក, ទ្វារស្លាយខ្នាតធំ (Double sliding door) នាំអ្នកទៅកាន់បន្ទប់ពិភាក្សា ដែលត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងឱ្យមានភាពបើកចំហ និងផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងការិយាល័យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ។ ការរៀបចំបែបនេះ គឺដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនង និងភាពស្និទ្ធស្នាលជាមួយអតិថិជន។

កន្លែងទាំងមូល ត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងក្នុងពណ៌បែប Monochromatic ហើយបន្ថែមនូវភាពទាក់ទាញតាមរយៈផ្ទាំងគំនូរសិល្បៈ និងគ្រឿងសង្ហារឹមដែលមានពណ៌ឆើតៗ ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ភ្លាមៗ។

First impression is the most important to many businesses and your office is what gives your clients a quick idea of whether to trust you with their projects. That’s what we took as our main objective for this project.

JPRocks gave us their office to work with from a bare unit. Clean and Spacious, that’s the brief we were given.

Walking into this space, you will be greeted by their receptionist behind a customized angular reception counter, specially designed to fit their sharp branding. Looking into the office next, you will be able to relax in a semi-open waiting area. The office space is in a open concept, to show guest a first impression of “busy-ness”. Giving guest a feeling that this company is serving multiple clients with great services.

Then, a giant double sliding door. Opening it leads to their discussion room. It’s not enclosed but sharing with the higher management’s private offices. This gives the guest a sense of approachability.

The whole space is designed in a monochromatic tone. Using art pieces and furniture to bring some colors into the space draws their attention immediately to the popping colors.

LOJEL Flagship – Aeon 1

យើងមានឱកាសដ៏រំភើបមួយក្នុងការសហការជាមួយម៉ាកសញ្ញាដ៏ល្បីល្បាញគឺ LOJEL ក្នុងការបើកសម្ពោធហាងគំរូ (Flagship Store) ដំបូងបង្អស់របស់ពួកគេនៅក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
តាមរយៈការធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយក្រុមការងារផ្នែកម៉ាកសញ្ញារបស់ពួកគេ យើងបាននាំយកនូវបរិយាកាស និងអារម្មណ៍ដ៏វិសេសវិសាល ដែលអ្នកអាចរកបាននៅតាមបណ្តាហាង LOJEL នានានៅជុំវិញពិភពលោក មកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផ្ទាល់តែម្តង។ នោះគឺការរចនាជញ្ជាំងបែបបេតុងខាត់ (cement wash) ការប្រើប្រាស់គ្រឿងសង្ហារឹមពណ៌ប្រាក់រលើប (metallic silver) និងការលម្អដោយពណ៌លឿងផ្កាឈូករ័ត្នដ៏លេចធ្លោដែលរត់ពាសពេញហាង។

We have an opportunity to work with the prestigious brand LOJEL, opening up their first flagship store in Phnom Penh.

Working with their branding team, we brought the same feeling that you can find in any store around the world right into Cambodia. The cement wash walls, metallic silver carpentry and the distinct sunflower yellow accent color running throughout the store.
