Sending you love and positivity through seeds!

I always wish to make a small card or tag by using plantable seed paper, to do my little part in encouraging natural living.

Big thanks to for her great support to make it come true. ❤️ She made the seed papers by using recycled papers and home grown flowers.

Since the idea formed, things happened naturally. From a piece of seed paper card, we added compost, peat pot, bamboo stick and extra seeds, one by one. We hope to make it as easy as possible for you! When the seeds grow, our wishes to you will last throughout the year.

We hope it is not too late to wish you a Happy New Year. May the new year bless you with health and happiness.

What’s the point of lighting a fragrance-free candle?

The soft flickering candle flame can set the mood for romantic dinner or good food with friends, but you wouldn’t want to stomach fragrance, peony or lily while enjoying a savoury meal.

Enjoy the moment without interfering and overwhelming your senses.

P.S. If you are going to place the candles next to your foods, please consider beeswax candle - the only wax that is made naturally by the bees, not by human in lab and factory. What’s more? Beeswax candles release subtle honey scent!

What’s your impression of eucalyptus? Will you be surprised if I tell you there’s eucalyptus essential oil that gives off a hint of floral? (It is a great complement to Luscent’s sanitising spray & room mist!)

Eucalyptus Essential Oil is popular and useful. It is widely used for supporting respiratory conditions. It also helps to reduce pain and inflammation.

There are many varieties on the market, let’s look at the two common varieties:

1) Eucalyptus Globulus
One of the world’s most familiar oil. It has a strong camphoraceous, very herbaceous scent with soft woody undertone. Besides supporting respiratory health, it also relieves muscle and joint pain.

2) Eucalyptus Radiata
A gentler eucalyptus and it has a crisp aroma with a hint of floral. It has many of the same properties of Eucalyptus Globulus but with a pleasanter, softer aroma.

Why does Lavender essential oil help you relax?

One answer could be ‘linalool’, a naturally occuring component found in Lavender essential oil. Linalool gives Lavender it’s herbaceous floral scent.

Linalool may help to promote feelings of calmness and relaxation. It also has cleansing properties.

The constituents of essential oils give them the ability to affect our body’s system. On the other hand, our psychology- memory, emotion and perception also plays an important part in how essential oils work.
