Every design decision in this home was guided by the homeowners' vision of creating a space that felt light and peaceful. From the curved foyer ceiling and warm cove lighting to the reimagined layout that opens up the living and dining area, each element contributes to a greater sense of openness and flow.

Throughout the home, carefully curated collections, statement tuft rugs, and decorative lighting bring personality into every corner. Green glass blocks introduce subtle washes of colour as daylight moves through the space, while the stainless steel kitchen, complete with a movable island, adapts effortlessly to both everyday living and entertaining.

Designed for a family of three, including two furry companions, this home embraces thoughtful planning and seamless details to support everyday living.

A change in flooring subtly defines the foyer before opening into an enlarged living and dining space, achieved by resizing one bedroom into a study. Throughout the communal areas, wall panelling conceals doors to create a clean, uninterrupted backdrop, while an angled carpentry detail and concealed lighting add depth to the textured TV feature wall.

Art, antiques, and meaningful collections take centre stage in this home at The Interlace, where every piece has been thoughtfully curated over time. Rich blue tones create a striking backdrop throughout the space, allowing the homeowners' collections to stand out while adding depth and character to the interiors.

To better support their love for hosting, the kitchen was opened up and the dry pantry extended, creating a more seamless connection between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Marble surfaces paired with warm wood elements bring a sense of understated luxury, while groove-lined wall panelling at the entrance conceals storage and creates a clean, cohesive backdrop.
