At the top of The Sea Avenue Mansion, this thoughtfully composed home reflects a quiet discipline - where proportion, material, and light come together with purpose.
A galley kitchen anchors the layout with dark walnut-toned cabinetry, its vertical grain and framed panels giving a refined, furniture-like quality. Fluted glass doors and warm linear lighting introduce rhythm and softness, while a sintered stone backsplash adds tactile contrast with its muted, stone-like finish. The narrow palette - warm wood, soft greige, and matte black - lends the space a timeless, understated elegance.
Throughout the home, architectural restraint meets lived-in texture: a textured paint feature wall with limewash effect forms a sculptural TV backdrop, seamlessly extending into a curved console. An existing whitewashed brick wall adds quiet contrast, while a concealed pocket-door bar keeps the dining area clean and functional. In the study, plank-style shelving floats on slender metal frames, while the master bedroom remains calm and composed in tone and form.
