ROOTED · NOURISH

Behind the seamless timber wall, a little surprise.

One of the concealed panels opens directly into the bathroom, keeping it discreet from the dry kitchen while making every bit of space work harder.

Inside, the palette shifts from warm timber to quiet stone, creating a calm little space hidden in plain sight.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH

Even the hardworking spaces deserve thoughtful planning.

Tucked within the outdoor wet kitchen, the laundry room keeps washing, drying and utility functions together in one compact space, away from the main living areas.

Everything has its place, including the everyday chores that keep a home running.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH

Some of the nicest moments in cooking happen while you wait.

Something simmering on the stove, something baking in the oven, and a few quiet minutes with nowhere else to be.

With the garden just beyond the wet kitchen, waiting becomes a chance to sit outside, feel the breeze and enjoy the greenery, perhaps with a little companion who comes looking for you.

There’s something restorative about cooking this close to nature.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH

A kitchen shaped by the people who use it.

Spices labelled by hand, notes scribbled where they’re needed, favourite recipes within reach. Small details that turn a designed space into something personal, familiar and lived in.

Because a home becomes yours in the details.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH

There’s something fitting about cooking closer to nature.

Raw, honest materials set the tone in the outdoor kitchen. White brick, timber and stone create a simple backdrop, while the garden brings greenery, daylight and air into the everyday ritual of preparing a meal.

A kitchen that feels less enclosed, more grounded, and connected to what lies beyond.

Every space has its story.

The kitchen unfolds from inside to out.

From the dry kitchen, the home extends into an outdoor wet kitchen before giving way to the garden beyond. Rather than treating these as separate spaces, each flows naturally into the next, bringing cooking and everyday life closer to the outdoors.

A transition from home, to kitchen, to garden.

Every space has its story.

Designed to connect as much as it separates.

The large timber-framed glass door links the indoor dry kitchen to the outdoor wet kitchen, allowing natural light and fresh air to flow deeper into the home when open.

And when heavier cooking begins, it can be closed to keep smoke and cooking smells contained, without cutting off the view or daylight.

A simple transition that helps the whole house breathe.

Every space has its story.

Some of the most practical spaces are the ones you barely notice.

A seamless timber feature wall keeps the dry kitchen clean and uninterrupted, while quietly concealing the toilet and storeroom behind it. Closed, they simply become part of the architecture.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH × GATHER

Where cooking and living meet.

The open dry kitchen extends naturally into the living space, keeping the two connected rather than enclosed from one another.

At the granite counter, a pair of stools creates an easy place to sit, chat, have breakfast or keep someone company while food is being prepared. It is a simple point of connection between NOURISH and GATHER, and between the everyday routines that happen around them.

Every space has its story.

ROOTED · NOURISH

Sometimes, it takes a little light to bring a material to life.

By day, the dry kitchen is bright and understated. As the concealed lighting comes on, it grazes across the textured brick, bringing out every uneven surface and giving the space a warmer, softer character.

Same kitchen. A completely different mood.

Every space has its story.
