Light is critical in telling a story - it invoke emotions when you step into a space, it affects your living habits, it playfully highlight while dulling certain areas, but most importantly it reveals the personality of the occupants. Aesthetics, while important, should only be part of the decision equation. Practically, which is arguably just as important is often neglected. Our continuous pursue of balance between aesthetic and practicality have been guiding our principles to curate a lean collection of lighting for the like-minded circa 2011. We have partnered with architects, interior designers, businesses and home owners over the years to help breathe life into thousands of raw spaces. Drop by our gallery and speak to us today.

At Scarpetta | Pasta Bar , craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the pleasure of dining come together in one expressive experience. Handmade pasta is prepared and served from an open-concept bar, while every detail reflects a love for flavour, travel, and beauty. Inspired by the Italian ritual of using bread to gather the last traces of sauce, Scarpetta celebrates the simple joy of savouring every bite until the very end.

Interior lighting by Shiok Lighting adds warmth and intimacy to the experience, drawing attention to the open kitchen, the food, and the thoughtful details throughout the space. The result is an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to settle in, slow down, and savour the moment.

Inside Grains and Such, every light was selected to serve a distinct purpose. Xander Adjustable Tracklights provide focused and flexible illumination for the shopfront, while Luna Wall Lamps introduce a soft, atmospheric glow. A sculptural Astro Ceiling Lamp highlights the film drop-off area, and compact Retin Spotlights illuminate the main counter with clarity and comfort.

Together, these fixtures create a warm, considered setting that complements the lab’s meticulous approach to film photography, allowing its craft, products, and customer experience to be seen in the right light.
