Commercial granola can contain a ton of hidden sugars, preservatives, or lower quality ingredients - why not make your own so you have fresh granola with a simple, whole foods ingredient list that’s safe and delicious for your whole family to eat? Let us show you how to do that with our Glass Air Fryer using the “dessert/ baking mode” - you may need some trial and error to get the perfect consistency but it will be worth it!
Ingredients (2 servings):
60 G Rolled Oats
20 G Mixed Nuts (we used cashews and almonds)
20 G Mixed Dried Fruits (apricots, raisins, cranberries anything you’d like!)
1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp neutral oil
Sprinkle of Salt
Method:
Chop nuts, mix with oats, add all other ingredients and spread it on a sheet of baking paper that fits into your air fryer. Set the air fryer to baking mode (155 degrees for 30 minutes) and let the air fryer do all the work! Wait till cool, tip it out and break into smaller pieces for your yogurt parfait or just to enjoy as is!
