Located in the neighbourhood of Kovan, this condominium renovation involved a major transformation of an ageing home into a modern, functional, and spacious living environment. The brief was to create a contemporary interior with a restrained colour palette while improving both practicality and comfort.
The kitchen was designed as the focal point of the home, with much of the budget invested in custom cabinetry, a synchronised sliding door system separating the wet and dry kitchen, and a beautiful statement worktop. The semi-open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and bar area, creating an inviting space for entertaining family and friends.
In the living area, we maximised the available space while preserving the existing structure. The piano area, located within the third room, offers flexibility and can be enclosed whenever guests are present.
The result is a refined contemporary home where thoughtful planning and functional design come together to make everyday living easier and more enjoyable.
