This living and dining area was designed to feel open and expansive.

A soft, neutral palette keeps the space visually light, while minimal decor and carefully selected furnishings create a sense of openness without leaving the room feeling bare.

A thoughtful balance of colour, furniture and decor can transform not just how a space looks, but how spacious it feels.

Right where it matters most.

This floor-to-ceiling entryway storage unit was custom built to fit the exact dimensions of this space. Not adapted from a standard size, but designed and constructed panel by panel.

A slim mirror is integrated into the design, along with a lit display niche for everyday styling touches. The result is a functional entry point that supports the household’s daily routine, from footwear to keys to bags, without compromising on visual finish.

Thoughtful carpentry is often the most-used, least-noticed part of a home.

Serene Neutrals: A Modern Family Home

Before we pick a single tile or paint swatch, we ask one question: what does this family actually need from this space?

For this home, it wasn't about chasing trends, but it was about creating a place that felt calm, warm, and easy to live in every single day. Soft neutrals, natural textures, and thoughtful layouts came together to build more than just a house.

Today, it's more than home. It's where they unwind, recharge, and feel completely at ease.

Matte black fittings against grey marble-look tiles. It's a simple pairing that instantly elevates the whole bathroom.

The rain shower head adds a hotel-like touch, while natural light from the window keeps the space feeling open and airy.

The smallest rooms deserve the same care as the biggest ones, and this one got it.

This flat has been around for years, but you'd never guess it from the space today. Old, tired layouts got swapped for open, functional flow. Worn-out flooring became warm wood tones throughout. What used to feel dated now feels current, without losing that homely warmth older flats are known for.

Every old flat has more life left in it than people think. Sometimes it just needs the right hands.

Instead of a plain doorway, the kitchen opens up through a soft arch.

This small architectural detail instantly makes the transition feel warmer and less boxy. It frames the kitchen like its own little scene, while still keeping the space open and connected to the rest of the home.

The white cabinetry and track lighting beyond keep it bright, a nice contrast to the warmer tones just outside the arch.

Small design choices like this are what separate a renovation from a real transformation.

Behind what looks like a standard overhead cabinet is a pull-down dish rack.

Gas-strut hinges lower it right to counter height, so there's no reaching, no stretching, no standing on tiptoes.

This small detail is a big change for every member of the household, from the kids to the grandparents. And once it's pushed back up, all that clutter tucks completely out of sight behind clean carpentry.

Located in Jurong East, this old HDB flat has been reimagined into a warm contemporary home.

This space pairs warm wood tones with clean white and black highlights, creating a look that feels both cosy and relaxing.

Rich wood tones flow from the living area's flooring to the kitchen's dark-toned cabinetry, while a striking botanical-patterned backsplash adds a touch of character beneath warm under-cabinet lighting. A full-length mirror in the living room opens up the space, drawing light deeper into the room, while soft, patterned curtains filter the afternoon sun throughout the day.

It's a home built on warmth and simplicity, open, thoughtful, and made to hold the everyday moments of the family within.
