With a very clear idea of what is needed practically for 1st time parents as well as the understanding of the wish for an aesthetically pleasing home for 1st time home owners, this home that is uniquely K&E's was designed and completed =)

Key features in this project:
(1) Pull-out panel hidden in tall unit that doubles as additional table space for food prepping or laundry duties.

(2) Glass panel & door that opens up the space visually while keeping the grease from daily cooking away from the living room. (Additional Plus : View of the little one in her room while mommy gets busy in the kitchen!)

(3) Bomb Shelter hidden behind functional feature wall that doubles as a walkway console for small items like keys & small hand bags.

(4) Playful niche in the wall for additional display space in the living space to house items like tiny planters (with their personal LED lights!)

(5) Huge aircon trunking in Master Toilet hidden by the mirror cabinet.

(6) Play with lights hidden in the customized bedhead to create the warm ambience for better sleep at night (while still being able to change the little one's nappy without needing to switch on any ceiling lights)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Towkay / Director / Father. He left this world on 21 May 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held from 22 May to 27th May 2023 at Block 308 Jurong East Street 32. The cortege will be departing on 27 May 2023 at 10.25 am from Block 308 Jurong East Street 32 for Mandai Crematorium, Hall 1.

We invite all those whose lives were touched by him to join us in paying tribute to this remarkable individual and accompany him through this final journey.

Muji-Inspired HDB project featuring a limited edition badminton rackets glass display cabinet.

Things will never go wrong when you pair a soft-toned fabric sofa with light wood carpentry. To jazz things up a little bit, opt for warm and neutral wall colours instead of going with the usual white. Simplicity. Soothing. Calming.

Having a Basin Cabinet is just one out of the many options for storage space in the toilet.

If you are looking for a minimalist look, consider using just Stone Slabs (Granite, Marble, etc) as shelves.

Pros:
Low Maintenance -
To clean, simply remove items on top and wet wash the space before using a window wiper to scrap off the water.

Multi-purpose -
A great space for placing wet buckets to dry, a laundry bin for dirty clothes, stool for young kids, storage boxes, etc...

Weight bearing -
5 L dottled detergents, etc? Not a problem! (Though we would suggest choosing greener alternatives like bar soaps, laundry sheets, etc. 😁) (Check out what we use in this showroom REAL toilet - coreless tissues rolls! Space saving and a more environmentally friendly option✌🏻)

When we first decided to put up a feature wall customized by , Director ALT was totally clueless about what exactly is gonna appear. He just couldn't picture USED CHOPSTICKS on a showroom wall. (Swipe right to see) The end product gave him fresh insights on how this renovation industry will and shall evolve into, something totally different from when he started 40+years ago.

Sustainable materials and methods ARE the way to go. It's essential. It's key for our future generations and the families and homes they are going to build eventually. And so, a second ChopValue product appeared on our wall, because this concept amazed him. And who else but his beloved Grandson Joel selling honey got the opportunity to spruce up the piece, especially when the hexagon shelves look sooo similar to a honeycomb.

A simple wall decor, but also a statement piece: It's a grandpapa and a grandkiddo's memory to keep.
