A master bedroom artfully divided into two spaces, a room within a room.

The sleeping space is kept deliberately pure, with a curved ceiling detail that arches gently above the bed paired with a quiet wall sconce against the soft creamy walls. It's minimal and unfussy, setting the mood for pure rest and relaxation.

On the other side of the wall, the wardrobe and vanity occupy their own corridor. For the homeowners' private dressing area, it's lined on both sides with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry in creamy tones and dark glass panels, finished with a walnut vanity table at the very end.

The living room is polished yet warm, furnished in a way that softness is round every corner. A plush dark leather sofa and slab marble coffee table stands out, dark and moody against the warmer sandy tones of the walls. A bronze mirror sliver and the soft rounded edges that frame the dark floating shelves (an intentional choice for some contrast, breaking up that stretch of wall) are subtle accents that add some zing to this effortless living room.

A seamless wall of floor-to-ceiling walnut carpentry that stretches uninterrupted, hiding within it a concealed door to the kitchen that dissolves entirely into the grain. For these homeowners, a dedicated coffee station was never optional, a quiet corner where the meditative act of brewing is an essential part of their daily ritual.

The standout space in this 5-room resale flat is undoubtedly the man cave, a room that sets itself apart from the farmhouse aesthetic seen throughout the rest of the home.

An impressive built-in settee that stretches across the length of the window offers a comfortable spot to lounge or read, while the shelving provides space for books and personal artefacts.

In the master bedroom, pocket doors conceal the television when not in use, reading as a seamless stretch of cabinetry. A concealed bathroom door, designed to blend in with the rest of the cabinetry, cleverly keeps the toilet out of sight from the bed.

A full overhaul of this 5-room resale flat gave rise to this warm, farmhouse-inspired living space with eye-catching wooden ceiling slats that nicely complement the vertical lines of the TV feature wall.

Featuring two sliding panels, they expose the TV screen when opened up and reveal beautiful arched displays on either side when shut. It’s a creative solution to a very real problem -- to keep the TV tucked away from the prying claws of their feline companions when the homeowners are out.

With many different design elements, the repeated use of arched French-style glass doors and shaker-style cabinetry (also seen in the kitchen) brings consistency and a sense of grounding, tying the look together cohesively.

At the centre, a compact island with an overhang feature doubles as a casual dining spot, making it perfect for quick meals or morning coffee.

Arched French-style glass doors slide open into a dedicated laundry area, designed to make this mundane task so much easier with abundant storage options and practical counter space for easy sorting and folding.
