At Florita, we understand that flowers often play a part in our customers’ special occasions, and sometimes, making those moments happen requires a little extra effort behind the scenes.
Late on a weekend evening, we received an enquiry from a Korean customer who had just landed in Singapore. The request was for six floral centrepieces to be arranged for a private dining experience at the Gold Room of COTE Korean Steakhouse the following day.
With a tight timeline, our team continued the consultation until 12:30 AM to finalise the details.
Early the next morning, we coordinated with our trusted suppliers to source the flowers and vases, ensuring everything would arrive in time for preparation and delivery by 5 PM.
Thanks to the wonderful support of our suppliers, everything came together smoothly. All six arrangements were delivered ahead of schedule, ready to complement the dining experience.
Most importantly, our customer was delighted with the result!
