Nestled in the vibrant town of Clementi, we were tasked to overhaul this condominium to fulfil the requirements of our client. Back in a familiar location, this is our second project here in The Trilinq. The Trilinq project is one of its kind, with a double-volume ceiling in the hall. We divided the hall into two distinct living spaces, showcasing a sleek steel loft with spiral staircase. This is where the magic happens, industrial vibe meets soft minimalism. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offers a breathtaking view of the Clementi town, flooding the hall with natural light. The layout was thoughtfully planned to subtly define the various zones while maintaining a seamless flow. The end result is a perfect combination of urban energy and tranquil living with every detail carefully curated.
