Florals by Benita Cosy little studio providing customised wedding florals for couples who love our style and aesthetic!

I fell in love with flowers and quit my job as a journalist to work with them. My team and I make bouquets and arrangements for all occasions. I have a soft spot for being part of intimate, rustic weddings!

In the days running up to a setup I feel the most anxiety. What’s the loading-unloading situation going to be like? Will we need to haul all our stuff and change lifts within the building? Will we have enough time? Is my structure sound enough to withstand the weight? Is the bride ok with the flowers I’ve selected? Did I check her “I like these” boxes? Are my flowers going to survive the van ride and (sometimes) rough handling?
During the setup I feel adrenaline, coursing through my body as we strive to finish everything on time, even ahead of time if possible.
When it’s over I feel relief. Delight. Pleasure at the completed outcome. Joy!
