Most flats: MOP is 5 years, but some are longer (Prime/Plus projects, SERS replacement, certain special cases).

Donโ€™t anyhow count from key collection date.

Always log in to HDB Flat Portal to see your actual MOP before planning to sell or buy.

Before you even think of listing, make sure:

You have fulfilled MOP for your flat.

You meet HDB rules (e.g. citizenship requirements, rules on owning other local property).

If not, even if buyer loves your place, HDB still can say โ€œnoโ€.

You must pass HDB resale eligibility, things like:
