A Warm & Cosy Contemporary Home ❤️
This condominium was thoughtfully refreshed with a warm, contemporary design that balances functionality, storage and comfort.
The design revolves around a soft, natural colour palette, with light wood-grain built-ins, warm neutral walls and light-toned vinyl flooring creating a cohesive look throughout the home. The timber tones bring warmth and character, while the lighter flooring keeps the spaces feeling bright, open and inviting.
At the living area, a full-height TV feature wall with integrated storage provides a clean focal point while keeping everyday items neatly tucked away. The adjoining dining area features a custom pantry with a built-in settee, storage and countertop, creating a practical yet cosy corner for meals and gatherings.
The kitchen was upgraded with new cabinetry and a spacious island with integrated storage, giving the compact space a more streamlined and functional layout.
Both bedrooms were fitted with custom wardrobes, maximising storage while maintaining the clean, understated aesthetic. The two bathrooms were also refreshed with new vanity cabinets, mirrors, storage and bathroom accessories for a more polished and contemporary finish.
Throughout the home, new lighting and ceiling fans were installed to enhance both comfort and ambience, while the entire flooring was laid with vinyl, giving the home a consistent visual flow from one space to another.
The two balconies were also transformed with new composite decking, extending the warm, natural feel outdoors. A glass sliding door was added to the study, allowing natural light to flow through while giving the room greater flexibility and privacy.
For added safety and flexibility, new invisible grilles and zip tracks were installed at both the living hall and master bedroom balconies. The slim, minimalist grilles provide a sense of security while preserving the openness and views of the balconies, while the zip tracks offer protection from rain and wind when needed. Together with the new composite decking, the balconies become more practical and comfortable extensions of the living spaces—without compromising the clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The result is a home that feels warm, calm and inviting—where the combination of natural wood tones, soft lighting, light flooring and carefully integrated storage creates a cosy atmosphere without making the spaces feel heavy.
