Who don’t make mistakes?
The question is — when mistakes happen, who actually owns up and fixes them properly?
In renovation, things can go wrong on site. We won’t pretend otherwise.
What matters is how fast we respond, how we rectify it, and whether we take responsibility instead of pushing the blame around.
At Mochiii, we don’t promise zero mistakes.
We promise to face them, fix them, and make things right.
Be honest — if something goes wrong during your renovation, what would make you more angry: the mistake itself, or the way your ID handles it?
