// Resale 4-room HDB

This is your sign to stop using plain colours for your walls and your carpentry.

Keeping to a light neutral palette, this bedroom focuses on creating subtle details; limewash paint on the walls and choosing a microcement laminate on the carpentries.

The full-height wardrobe maximises storage while maintaining a seamless look, complemented by an integrated bedside vanity that makes clever use of the space.

With a built-in mirror, open display niches and a compact dressing table, everyday essentials stay within easy reach without taking up extra floor space.

A simple balance of comfort, practicality and timeless design.

// Resale 4-room HDB

This 4-room HDB’s dining area was designed with a dedicated drinks counter that keeps the homeowners’ collection on display while still feeling clean and intentional. The warm wood shelving adds contrast against the soft neutral cabinetry, giving the space a calm, contemporary look.

A modular power track adds another layer of flexibility; useful for small appliances, charging, or entertaining without cluttering the counter with fixed sockets.

A simple setup that brings display, function and everyday convenience into one space.

// Resale 4-room HDB

Soft lighting can change the entire mood of a space.

Here, cove lighting washes the ceiling with a gentle, indirect glow, softening the living area and making the space feel warmer, calmer and more inviting. Paired with the curved ceiling detail and neutral palette, it creates a seamless contemporary look without relying on harsh overhead lighting.

A simple lighting choice, but one that makes the home feel noticeably softer.

// Resale 4-room HDB

Instead of letting the bomb shelter stand out, full-height carpentry creates a clean, built-in look that complements the home’s soft contemporary palette. The warm off-white finish keeps the space light and timeless, while the contrasting walnut niche adds just enough warmth and depth.

A home office that works hard, without looking too much like one. 🤍

Kept clean and contemporary with soft cement tones, this study pairs practical carpentry with space for the things the homeowners love. The overhead glass display cabinet turns their collection into part of the room, while built-in lighting gives every piece its own little spotlight.

Even the printer gets a dedicated carpentry nook, keeping the workspace organised, accessible and clutter-free.

// 3-Bedder Condominium

A full-height cabinet keeps storage neatly tucked away while giving the room a clean, seamless look. The combination of warm wood and soft neutral tones keeps the space feeling cosy without looking heavy.

And it’s not just about storage — the built-in niche creates a dedicated spot for the printer, keeping everyday essentials within reach while the rest stays neatly concealed.

A simple, practical setup that makes a small study room work a little harder.
