The bedroom keeps things soft and restful with warm wood tones, a simple headboard feature and gentle lighting along the wall. It feels cosy without being overly decorated — just enough detail to make the space feel comfortable at the end of the day.

The bathroom takes on a moodier approach, with dark grey tiles, wood accents and an arched mirror that brings warmth into the space. Practical details like the wall niche and vanity storage keep the design functional, while the lighting adds that quiet hotel-inspired touch.

A home that makes compact living feel easy, personal and full of character.

From the open living and dining area to the blue-accent kitchen, sliding glass partition, cosy bedroom and practical bathroom, every corner is designed with real day-to-day living in mind.

What we love most is how the home does not try too hard to look “perfect”. It feels lived-in, functional and personal — with small pops of colour, flexible zones and thoughtful details that make the space feel like home.

A 2-room BTO that proves good design is not always about having more space, but making better use of the space you already have.

Inside this Sembawang Avenue home, the design takes on a gentle, composed character.

The palette remains soft and grounded, allowing warm wood finishes, curved forms, and built-in storage to bring depth into the space. Each area is planned with intention, from the living room’s display cabinetry and TV console, to the bedroom’s seamless wardrobe and vanity nook, to the galley kitchen’s practical layout and ambient lighting.

The result is a home that feels refined without being overly formal, practical without losing its sense of personality.
