🇸🇮 Muzej je bil ustanovljen leta 2003, posvečen pa je predvsem obdobju od začetka prve, do konca druge svetovne vojne. Ob ponedeljkih, sredah in petkih je odprt od 09:00 do 12:00, ob nedeljah od 09:00 do 13:00 (vsako prvo nedeljo v mesecu pa med 09:00 in 13:00 ter od 14:00 do 16:00. Vstopnina ni obvezna, je pa zaželjen prostovoljni prispevek. Na zunanjem dvorišču sta parkirani letali MB-326 in G-91Y (dvomotorna različica Fiata G-91), pa tudi zbirka artilerij, parna lokomotiva in več oklepnih vozil. V notranjosti sta sobi posvečeni italijanskemu kraljevemu letalstvu in kraljevi mornarici, pa tudi rekonstrukcija strelskih jarkov na gori Pasubio. Med večjimi eksponati je tudi edina replika italijanskega tanka iz prve svetovne vojne Fiat 2000. Več primerkov iz zbirke vozil je sicer voznih in z njimi sodelujejo na raznih prireditvah.

🇮🇹 Il museo è stato fondato nel 2003 ed è dedicato principalmente al periodo che va dall'inizio della prima guerra mondiale alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale. È aperto il lunedì, il mercoledì e il venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 12:00, la domenica dalle 09:00 alle 13:00 (ogni prima domenica del mese dalle 09:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 16:00). Per il pagamento dell'ingresso è gradita una donazione volontaria. Nel cortile esterno sono parcheggiati gli aerei MB-326 e G-91Y (versione bimotore del Fiat G-91), oltre a una collezione di pezzi di artiglieria, una locomotiva a vapore e diversi veicoli corazzati. All'interno ci sono due sale dedicate all' Regia Aeronautica e alla Regia Marina, oltre a una ricostruzione delle trincee sul Monte Pasubio. Tra i reperti più imponenti c'è anche l'unica replica del carro armato italiano della prima guerra mondiale, il Fiat 2000. Diversi esemplari della collezione di veicoli sono funzionanti e vengono utilizzati in varie manifestazioni.

🇬🇧 The museum was founded in 2003 and is primarily dedicated to the period from the start of the First World War to the end of the Second World War. It is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:00 to 12:00, and on Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00 (every first Sunday of the month from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00). A voluntary donation is appreciated in lieu of an admission fee. In the outer courtyard, the MB-326 and G-91Y aircraft (a twin-engine version of the Fiat G-91) are on display, alongside a collection of artillery pieces, a steam locomotive and various armoured vehicles. Inside, there are two rooms dedicated to the Royal Italian Air Force and the Royal Italian Navy, as well as a reconstruction of the trenches on Monte Pasubio. Among the bigger exhibits there is also the only replica the Fiat 2000 an Italian WW1 tank. Several vehicles in the collection are in working conditions and are regular visitors at various events.

🇸🇮 Začetno zbirko muzeja je začela princesa Izabela Czartoryska daljnega leta 1796. Muzej je odprt vsak dan razen ob ponedeljkih od 10:00 do 18:00. Vstopnina za odrasle znaša 65 zlotov oz. prib. 15€. Muzej je znan predvsem po obsežni zbirki umetniških del, med katerimi je tudi Leonardova slika Dame s hermelinom. Stalna razstava je razdeljena na 21 oddelkov, med temi sta tudi oddelek posvečen militarijam in arzenal, v katerem hranijo tudi impresivne oklepe, ki jih je princesa kupila iz arzenalov na Dunaju in v Bruslju, pa tudi otomanske trofeje, hladno orožje in seveda eksponati, ki so vezani na zgodovino Poljske, kot so npr. uniforme znamenitih Ulancev.

Il biglietto d'ingresso per gli adulti costa 65 zloty, ovvero circa 15 €. Il museo è famoso soprattutto per la sua vasta collezione di opere d'arte, tra cui il dipinto di Leonardo da Vinci “La dama con l'ermellino”. L’esposizione permanente è suddivisa in 21 sezioni, tra cui una dedicata alla militaria e un arsenale in cui sono, tra gli altri oggetti, conservate anche diverse armature acquistate dalla principessa dagli arsenali di Vienna e Bruxelles, oltre a trofei ottomani, armi bianche e, naturalmente, reperti legati alla storia della Polonia, come ad esempio le uniformi dei leggendari Ulani.

🇸🇮 Tehniški muzej v Zagrebu je eden izmed najbolj obiskanih muzejev na Hrvaškem, stalna zbirka šteje preko 3000 različnih eksponatov, marsikateri pa je povezan tudi z vojno zgodovino. Muzej je odprt od torka do petka od 09:00 do 17:00, ob sobotah in nedeljah pa od 09:00 do 13:00. Vstopnina za odrasle je 7€. Zbirka je razdeljena na več tematskih sklopov, Na ogled je, med drugim, postavljenih tudi več letalskih motorjev, eno izmed le dveh ohranjenih jugoslovanskih šolskih letal Fizir FN, lovsko letalo P-47 Thunderbolt v jugoslovanskih barvah, italijanski tank CV35, žepna podmornica Caproni CB-20, ki je tudi edini še ohranjen primerek tega tipa in še mnogo več. Priporočamo tudi ogled kabineta Nikole Tesle.

🇮🇹 Il Museo della tecnica di Zagabria è uno dei musei più visitati della Croazia, con una collezione permanente di oltre 3000 reperti, molti dei quali legati alla storia bellica. Il museo è aperto dal martedì al venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 17:00, mentre il sabato e la domenica dalle 09:00 alle 13:00. Il biglietto d'ingresso per gli adulti costa 7 €. La collezione è suddivisa in diversi gruppi tematici e comprende, tra l'altro, diversi motori aeronautici, uno dei due soli esemplari conservati dell'aereo da addestramento jugoslavo Fizir FN, un aereo da caccia P-47 Thunderbolt con i colori jugoslavi, un carro armato italiano CV35, un sottomarino tascabile Caproni CB-20, che è anche l'unico esemplare conservato di questo tipo, e molto altro ancora. Consigliamo anche di visitare il laboratorio di Nikola Tesla, parte del museo.

🇬🇧 The Technical Museum in Zagreb is one of the most visited museums in Croatia, with a permanent collection of over 3,000 different exhibits, many of which are related to military history. The museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The entrance for adults is €7. The collection is divided into several thematic sections and includes, among other things, several aircraft engines, one of only two preserved Yugoslav Fizir FN training aircraft, a P-47 Thunderbolt fighter plane in Yugoslavian colors, an Italian CV35 tank, a Caproni CB-20 midget submarine, which is also the only surviving example of this type and much more. We also recommend visiting the demonstration lab of Nikola Tesla (inside the museum).

🇸🇮 Na zalogi imamo nekaj izvodov dvojezične knjige (v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku) DFW C.V Arheološka in zgodovinska raziskava usode letala in njegove posadke na soški fronti, ki na 255 straneh razjasni usodo nemškega letala DFV C.V, ki je, po zračnem boju, v katerem je bilo poškodovano, strmoglavilo na težko dostopno območje gore Rodica v oktobru 1917. V monografiji, ki sta jo uredila Uroš Košir in Marko Ličina so podrobno opisane strokovne arheološke raziskave ostankov letala, kot tudi usoda posadke in dejavnosti nemških letalskih enot na soški fronti. Knjiga vsebuje tudi preko sto kakovostnih fotografij iz obdobja prve svetovne vojne, dodatno jo bogatijo še podrobni profili letal, ki jih je naslikal Tomaž Perme. Publikacijo sta v sodelovanju izdala Muzej novejše in sodobne zgodovine Slovenije in Tolminski muzej v decembru prejšnjega leta. Cena posameznega izvoda je le 25€, na voljo pa bo tudi na našem prodajnem prostoru na nedeljskem srečanju v Šempetru. Glede na omejeno količino je zaželjena predhodna rezervacija.

🇬🇧 We have in stock several copies of the bilingual book (in Slovenian and English) DFW C. Archaeological and historical study on the fate of an aircraft and its crew on the Isonzo Front, which, in 255 pages, uncovers the fate of the German aircraft DFV C.V, that, after being damaged in aerial combat, crashed in the hard-to-reach area of Mount Rodica in October 1917. The monograph, edited by Uroš Košir and Marko Ličina, describes in detail the professional archaeological research of the aircraft wreckage, as well as the fate of the crew and the activities of German air units on the Isonzo Front. The book contains also more than one hundred high-quality photographs from the First World War period and is further enriched by detailed profiles of the aircraft painted by Tomaž Perme. The publication was jointly published by the National museum of contemporary history of Slovenia and the Tolmin Museum in December last year. The price of a single copy is only €25, it will also be available at our sales point on Sunday in Šempeter. Due to the limited availability, advance reservations are recommended.

🇸🇮 Muzej je, edini v državi, posvečen poljski domovinski vojski (Armia Krajowa – AK), največjem odporniškem gibanju v Evropi med drugo svetovno vojno. Poimenovan je po generalu Emilu Fieldorfu, ki je prevzel vodstvo AK po varšavski vstaji. Generala je nov režim usmrtil leta 1953. Muzej je odprt od torka do nedelje od 10:00 do 17:00. Vstopnina za odrasle znaša 25 zlotov oz. prib. 6€. Zbirka je razstavljena v dveh nadstropij in pripoveduje o delovanju Armie Krajowe. Med mnogimi zanimivimi eksponati so tudi dokumenti, fotografije, medalje in nekaj osebnih predmetov generala Fieldorfa. V kletnih prostorih je mogoče videti repliko nemške rakete V2, ki je sicer sestavljena tudi iz nekaterih originalnih delov. Muzej hrani bogato zbirko lahkega orožja Stanisława Wcisła, člana AK, ki se je po vojni preselil v Kanado.

🇮🇹 Il museo è l'unico nel Paese dedicato all'esercito nazionale polacco (Armia Krajowa – AK), il più grande movimento di resistenza in Europa durante la Seconda guerra mondiale. È intitolato al generale Emil Fieldorf, che assunse la guida dell'AK dopo la rivolta di Varsavia. Il generale fu giustiziato dal nuovo regime nel 1953. Il museo è aperto dal martedì alla domenica dalle 10:00 alle 17:00. Il biglietto d'ingresso per gli adulti costa 25 zloty, ovvero circa 6 €. La collezione è esposta su due piani e presenta l'operato dell'Armia Krajowa. Tra i numerosi reperti vi sono anche documenti, fotografie, medaglie e alcuni oggetti personali del generale Fieldorf. Nel seminterrato è possibile vedere una replica del missile tedesco V2, che è composta anche da alcune parti originali. Il museo conserva inoltre la ricca collezione di armi leggere di Stanisław Wcisło, membro dell'AK, che dopo la guerra si trasferì in Canada.

The collection is exposed on two floors and depicts the activities of the Armia Krajowa. Among the many interesting exhibits are documents, photographs, medals, and some personal items belonging to General Fieldorf. In the basement you can see a replica of a German V2 missile, which also includes some original parts. The museum houses also a rich collection of small arms that was donated from Stanisław Wcisło, a member of the Home Army who moved to Canada after the war.

🇸🇮 Trdnjavo na polotoku Sciberras so začeli graditi leta 1551 za obrambo pred Turki. V naslednjih stoletjih je bila trdnjava še dodatna razširjena. Med drugo svetovno vojno je bila tarča prvega zračnega napada na otok. Trdnjava in muzej sta odprta vsak dan od 09:00 do 17:00, trenutno pa zaprta na torek. Za podrobnejše informacije preverite na uradni spletni strani. Vstopnina za odrasle znaša 10€. Celoten kompleks ni odprt javnosti, muzejska zbirka je razdeljena na sedem delov, ki obravnavajo vojaško zgodovino otoka od bronaste dobe do današnjih dni. During World War II, it was the fort was the target of the first air raid on the Malta. The fortress and museum are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but are currently closed on Tuesdays. The museum collection is divided into seven sections covering the military history of the island from the Bronze Age to the present day.
