The season of garden parties is there again 🥰

Yesterday we served our spring menu, with lots of lokal lupine, salad, greens and flowers. In July we'll launch our summer menu. Which dishes would you like to see on this buffet?

Nog steeds op zoek naar het perfecte cadeau voor Moederdag? Wat dacht je van een leuke ervaring samen met je moeder?

Op 17 mei organiseer ik een vegan high tea kookworkshop met een Scandinavische twist. We maken klassiekers zoals scones, brownies en sandwiches, maar ook Zweedse chocladbollar en Noorse kanelboller. We sluiten de middag samen af met onze zelfgemaakte high tea, hopelijk buiten in de zon!

May 17th I will organise a vegan high tea cooking workshop with a Scandinavian twist. We'll make classics like scones, brownies and sandwiches, but also Swedish chocladbollar and Norwegian kanelbolle. We'll end the afternoon together with our homemade high tea, hopefully outside in the sun!

Next Friday first of may, it's time for the first African pop-up buffet at the Eveline Cooks Headquarters! Quite some tickets have been sold already, but there are still some plates left. Take-away is also possible!

Somalian rice, Algerian carrots, Ethiopian lentils, Cameroonian beans with... Oliebollen! And more! It's gonna be fun and delicious.

WILDPLUK 🌿
Vorige week ging ik op pad met mijn dochter en hond. Een fijne wandeling in de buurt, ondertussen kwamen we langs zóveel eetbare planten!

Het blijft me verbazen hoeveel er gewoon om ons heen groeit. Waar veel mensen onkruid zien, staat onze omgeving eigenlijk vol met eetbaar groen.

Op de foto’s zie je onder andere:
veldkers, duizendblad, weegbree, bramenblad (de allerkleinste blaadjes smaken verrassend naar kokos!), kraailook, ereprijs, zevenblad, look-zonder-look, brandnetel, paardenbloem, judaspenning, winterpostelein en magnolia.

Op 24 mei en 28 juni geef ik samen met wildpluk-kenner Lisa een workshop waarin we dit stap voor stap leren.

Time flies! Next Friday, our first pop-up of the season is already happening. We're trying something new: serving a brand new, temporary buffet every season. At this pop-up, you can try the first one: a vibrant spring buffet inspired by middle eastern flavours.

For this evening, our headquarters will transform into a cosy pop up restaurant where all the guests can enjoy a delicious buffet together.

Spots are limited, so better make your reservation quickly if you wanna join! Take-away is also possible.

🎄 Last-minute catering nodig in december?
Goed nieuws: we hebben nog een paar plekjes vrij!
Of je nu een kerstborrel, eindejaarsdiner of teamuitje organiseert, wij staan paraat met heerlijke vegan gerechten.

✨ Decemberdeal:
Iedereen die nu nog boekt voor december krijgt gratis glühwein (met of zonder alcohol) bij de catering. Warm, kruidig en feestelijk.

🍋 Boek je voor januari?
Dan krijg je een gratis gember-citroen bubbeldrankje, helemaal in stijl met Dry January.

The first mushroom workshop in collaboration with was a big success! Such a nice group of people, perfect weather and delicious food. I think we'll have to do that more often!

Today's lunch at the Local Conference of Youth ! We were happy to cater for them the whole weekend, including coffee breaks and network drinks.

Wow, what a week! ✨ From full-on caterings to cooking workshops at — and this Saturday you can also find us at the Molenmarkt! 🎉

Will you be there? We’ll be right by the stage, across from “our house.” The weather might not be perfect, but that’s all the more reason to cozy up with a bowl of pumpkin soup, hot chocolate, or a warming chai. 🍵✨

And while you’re at it… don’t forget to grab a seitan roll and a slice of coconut cake 😉
