CYU, we developed both Brand Visual Identity and Interior Design under the concept of “Now Japanese” a reflection of traditional Japanese culinary craft in today’s rhythm of life, reinterpreted through a contemporary design approach to create a more modern and approachable Japanese dining experience.

The precision of CYU - Sushi&Handroll in winter reflects seasonality and the premium quality of ingredients, while the warmth of CYU - Shabu in spring draws from togetherness and the spirit of Hanami.
