Have you ever been to Lola’s Kitchen? This restaurant is home to the best of Filipino cuisine in the heart of Bangkok. We’ve tried some of their comforting Filipino dishes like Sisig, Pinakbet, Pinoy style Spaghetti w/ fried chicken, Lechon Kawali, Kaldereta, Bicol Express, Ensaladang Talong w/ mangga & their Leche flan, Halo-halo & Brazo de Mercedes for dessert. Their food tastes authentic (feeling mo nasa Pinas ka talaga😊), packed with flavors & for me the price is fair when it comes to the food quality & quantity. Of course my personal favorite is their ‘Pinakbet’, it was so flavorful because of the bagoong they used, the fresh veggies were cooked perfectly & it’s a plus that they incorporated the bagnet/lechon kawali as the main ingredient. Since I grew up in Ilocos, ‘Pinakbet’ is my go-to viand because this healthy dish tastes & feels like home♥️. It’s a food staple for me just like rice😉. The interior of the place features a homey ambiance, the service is also excellent & the location is just near the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok. I highly recommend this restaurant, so if ever you visit Bangkok, drop by to Lola’s Kitchen to experience Philippines through their amazing food!🇵🇭
