Spanning 867 square meters, this private residence is designed around the core concept of "The Connected Sanctuary". The layout uses a central, glass living hall to physically and visually bridge two separate building structures around a shared central courtyard. By keeping a strict, continuous material palette of natural travertine stone, warm oak wood, and terrazzo across the entire footprint, the design beautifully balances large, open spaces for family gathering with deeply private, quiet rooms for rest.
The highlight of the house is the Living & Dining Hall—a grand space for family connection. Here, the design pairs soaring oak-timber ceilings with natural travertine stone floors. The show kitchen serves up clean-lined elegance with integrated wood joinery, while the television cabinet features custom sliding doors that effortlessly swap functions between casual entertainment and a formal living room layout.
Ultimately, the living area balances a strict discipline of natural materials with an effortless, light-gilled glow, resulting in a serene gathering space that sits at the physical and emotional heart of the house.
