Hello, everyone!

A new selection of indoor plants are here.
Many are tolerant of low light such as the dracaena, snake plant, zz plant and aglaonema ( also called Chinese evergreen.) We still have a whole variety of pots and cachepots in plastic, ceramic as well as a few celadons and rattan baskets.

Most love bright, indirect sunlight and watering every two or three days if indoors, except the zz plant, dracaena and snake plants which prefer watering once a week.

We recommend dechlorinating the water before giving it to the plants by leaving it in an open container overnight. You can fertilize them with an organic fertilizer such as vermicast every two weeks or a slow-release fertilizer such as Osmocote once every 3 months. We sell both kinds as well as coconut husk chips, plant stands and climbing poles.

Delivery is 150 baht for 1-2 plants and 200 baht for 3 plants or more within 25 kilometers. Additional distance is 9 baht per kilometer. And plants over 80 cm. require delivery by covered pick-up truck (150 baht extra.) Delivery is made by Lalamove between 10 am. and 4 pm. Payment by bank transfer. We are closed on Sundays.

This time we have a whole variety of pots and cachepots in plastic, ceramic as well as sedge and rattan. Some are traditional and some stylish and minimal.

The plants in this post all love bright, indirect sunlight and watering every two or three days if indoors, except the zz plant, Indian rubber and snake plants which prefer watering once a week. Flowering plants should be watered daily and be outdoors to get at least half day sun.

Here is a lovely vlog that gives great ideas and tips on how to care for plants from 2:00 to 7:00. Some of these tips are for a temperate climate, such as mist with water twice a day, which is not needed in our tropical climate. And with watering until the water drains from the bottom of the pot into the saucer, it is important not to let it reach the plant roots to prevent root rot. Putting plants on a rolling cart is a great way to give plants additional sunshine for those that need it.

We also have a homalomena that’s hard to find. Hi, everyone!

We have new and different selections of plants as well as old favorites in this post. One very interesting plant is the Siam monstera which has all the characteristics of monstera with a unique look. Don’t forget to check it out!

We also have Spanish moss and bromeliads for hanging up. And we have the special colocasia black magic which can be grown both in soil and in mud and water. The same goes for all the caladiums; we have five kinds in dazzling colors and designs.

Delivery in Bangkok can be arranged for orders over 800 baht. The delivery fee is 300 baht for up tp 25 km. Additional distance is 9 baht per kilometer. We deliver between 10 am. and 4 pm. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

If you have a balcony or area where you get half a day of sunshine, you can add these colorful flowers: Indian periwinkles, petunias, crown of thorns and African flame violets.

All the Indian periwinkles and petunias are 290 baht each. They come in 8” hanging pots. They will keep flowering if they get enough sun and fertilizing (once a month) and the dead flowers are removed often, at least every week.

The red and yellow crown of thorns come in two sizes, M for 220 baht and S for 150 baht. These need to be handled with care because they have thorns.

African flame violets are easy to care for and to propagate with cuttings. They can be placed on a medium or tall stand or in a hanging pot to display their colorful trailing stems. These are 290 (the purple one in a hanging pot) and 350 baht (14” terra cotta pot) each.
