Our Story

Lively Ware เป็นเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาที่ทำจากสตูดิโอเล็กๆ ภายในบ้าน เป็นงานฝีมือที่ใช้เวลาอย่างไม่เสียดาย ในการทำดินที่นุ่มเย็น ให้เป็นถ้วยชามที่ทนทานและสวยงาม Lively Ware ทำในกระบวนการอย่างดั้งเดิม แบบการทำเครื่องลายคราม ปั้นขึ้นรูปด้วยมือ โดยไม่ปกปิดร่องรอยของการทำด้วยมือ เพื่อเผยให้เห็นรสชาติของงานฝีมือ เผาครั้งแรกที่อุณหภูมิ 750 องศาเซลเซียส ใช้เวลา 9 ชั่วโมง จะได้งานเผาดิบ Biscuit ที่มีเนื้อดินเหมาะแก่การวาดลาย แล้วจึงวาดลายด้วย Cobalt Oxide ที่ให้สีน้ำเงินเข้มสวย ชุบน้ำเคลือบ แล้วจึงเผาเคลือบอีกครั้ง ด้วยอุณหภูมิ 1250 องศาเซลเซียส ใช้เวลา 16 ชั่วโมง จึงสำเร็จเป็นชิ้นงานที่ทนทาน ปลอดภัย และสวยงาม Lively Ware เป็นงานหัตถกรรมที่ผลิตได้ในจำนวนน้อย เพราะทำไปตามขั้นตอนของงานด้วยฝีมือและเวลา ไม่ใช้ทางลัดด้วยวิธีการอย่างอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อให้ได้งานจำนวนมาก ดังนั้น Lively Ware จึงเป็นงานที่ทำอย่างใส่ใจจากมือผู้ทำสู่มือผู้ใช้ ด้วยหวังว่าจะเป็นสุนทรียภาพเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ในชีวิตประจำวัน Lively Ware - a stoneware created from a small studio in the house. It’s handcrafted work take endless hours in order to turn soft and cool clay into beautiful and sturdy plates and bowls. Lively Ware uses the traditional process of making a handpainted stoneware. This molding process using bare hands is painstaking and leave distinctive marks that represent handcraft work. The raw firing process requires 9 hours in the kiln at 750 degrees C which produce so called “biscuit” with perfect clay texture for pattern painting. Cobalt Oxide color glaze is used in painting to give rich blue color as seen on Blue & White stoneware. Followed by coating of the objects with clear glaze and firing in the kiln at 1250 degrees C for 16 hours, producing a very beautiful safe and durable B&W stoneware. Lively Ware can only be produced at small number of pieces due to lengthy process and the nature of handcraft work.There is no short cut,using industrialized technique to achieve greater number of product. Therefore, Lively Wares is truly a piece of art work that is created with attention to details,with pure heart and soul hoping to provide a little bit of happiness in everyday’s life.
