So many things have changed this year .. new home, new room, new working table, new job 🥹 But apparently the things taking over my desk are still exactly the same: rubber stamps, wax seals, random paper bits and my girl stickers 😂

Starting my October spread with a slightly more whimsical theme 🌙✨ Used my Moonlit Magic girl sticker here, which you can find on my webshop (link in bio).

P.S. I literally bought some maple leaves and baby’s breath just to use as photo props 😂🍁

I enjoyed drawing these two sooo much 🥹🤎 I’m realizing I really enjoy drawing the little non-girl items too!

I drew both on the same day though, and I can definitely feel that the colors and mood ended up a little similar 😂 Maybe I need to space them out a bit so each sheet gets its own personality.

Been wanting to use up more of the paper bits and pieces I’ve collected instead of letting them sit in a drawer forever 😂

For this spread, I mixed my Moments PET tape + Papeterie PET tapes with some old papers, little scraps and random pieces I already had around my desk. Trying to upcycle more of my used paper lately because somehow even the tiniest scrap feels too pretty to throw away 🥹✂️

For the little cursive writing, I used my Pentel Touch brush pen. I love how you can go light on the upstrokes and press a little harder on the downstrokes, so the lines have that nice thick-and-thin look ✍🏻 Have been using this forever since 2009

Sunday afternoon with Ephemera Collector girl + the new Pressed & Collected sticker sheet 🌿✂️ These two just belong together. And that fluffy head in the back is Mhonthong 😂 Just trimmed my Pomeranian baby’s fur, so he’s looking extra round 🐻

Btw, have you ever ordered a real plant online? I somehow ordered this little tree (can’t remember the name) from Shopee Thailand (similar to Amazon) and was honestly a bit nervous about how a plant would survive delivery. First time trying it and I’m just happy it arrived alive and looking good 🌱😆

Also feeling very lucky that our area is safe from the flooding, though many of my friends and my cousins haven’t been so lucky. 🥺 Hoping the rain eases up soon and the drainage situation gets better. Please stay safe, everyone in Bangkok 💙

A little page from last week 🤍🌿💙 My boyfriend and I went to a wedding, and I wanted to keep a tiny memory of the day in my journal before it disappears into my camera roll forever 😆

I ended up building the whole spread around soft blue, green and little touches of gold, inspired by the wedding card and the colors from that day. Of course I had to add one of my favorite girl sticker too … she somehow looks like she’s having the most peaceful afternoon while the rest of us were getting ready for a wedding 😂

Also covering our faces with flowers because I still like keeping some things a little private, but I actually love how it became part of the spread. 🌼

Do you journal special occasions like weddings and trips, or are you more of an everyday moments journal person?

Preparing my Patreon letters today 💌 It feels so good to be back writing again and to finally fill my LAMY fountain pen with ink! 🖋️

For some reason, when I write letters I have to use a fountain pen 😂 I don’t know why, but a ballpoint pen just gives a completely different feeling lol. Something about fountain pen + paper makes me want to sit down and actually write properly.

And apparently today was a good day for little things because my cactus decided to bloom too 🥹🌵I think this one is a Domino cactus (Echinopsis subdenudata), and the flower doesn’t stay around for very long … actually they bloom only a day and gone 🪦, so I’m glad I caught it!

Are you a fountain pen person too? Or team gel / ballpoint pen? ✉️🖋️

Yesterday, I took my Midnight Mails girls out for a little adventure. 🌙💌
I went to the park and came across a beautiful lotus pond. These are sacred lotuses (บัวหลวง), with their long stems holding the flowers high above the water. 🪷
I know the soft pink sunset and lotus pond don’t exactly match the mysterious, autumn-inspired mood of my journal spreads, but the scene was just too pretty not to take a picture. 😉
Sometimes, a lovely background is reason enough, right?
Do you live near a park or have a favorite little outdoor spot you like to escape to? I’d love to hear about it! 🌿
