The interior design is guided by the idea of functional elegance and family growth. Every detail is considered not just for comfort, but for the way a home evolves with its residents.
A Double Volume hall, where the soaring ceiling height connects the main living spaces into one harmonious flow. The layout introduces two distinct living rooms, one on the lower floor for gatherings and another upstairs for more private family moments. A rare highlight is the Double Master Bedroom concept, where both suites include their own bathtub, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and personal retreat.
The homes rest on expansive plots of 100+ sq.wah, thoughtfully planned for multi-generational living, including elderly family members. With only 58 residences, the community preserves an intimate scale while offering complete shared facilities.
Beyond architecture, the location is a statement in itself: the last available land along Bangwaek Road, connecting Phutthamonthon Sai 1 to Kanchanaphisek Road. The project not only secures a rare site but also ensures direct access to the main Bangwaek thoroughfare.
