Grilled Pork Neck
Kor Moo Yang (คอหมูย่าง)

Super delicious and easy to make. In Thailand, it is considered as an ISAN dish.

Pork neck is an amazing cut of meat because it has both lean meat, muscle, and a little bit of the juicy fat.

Ingredients:
- Pork neck
- Garlic
- Coriander root
- Black pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Palm sugar
- Milk

Ground garlic, coriander root and black pepper together.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with pork neck to make a marinade.

Cover the bowl and marinade in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Place the pork in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.

Slice to serve.

Fried Pork with Garlic and Pepper, or in Thai we call "Moo Tod Kratiem" (หมูทอดกระเทียม)

1. Pound the coriander roots, ground pepper and garlic.
2. Chop the pork about 1centimeter thick slices
3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar and corn flour.
4. Marinate the pork in the mixture for 15 minutes
5. Fry the pork in hot oil until they’re cooked.
6. Serve on a plate,
7. Garnish with the fried garlic (Optional)

Holy Basil Stir Fry, or in Thai we call it "Pad Ka Prow" #ผัดกะเพรา

Pad Ka Prow is a very popular Thai Street food for local people in Thailand. When we go to a restaurant and don’t know what to eat, we often just order Pad Ka Prow, because this dish is quick, easy and delicious dish of all time.

The main ingredient is Holy basil which we call it “Ka Prow” in Thai.

Pad Ka Prow can be cooked with chicken, pork, beef, seafood, tofu, or whatever you want. It is often served over rice, and with a deep-fried egg on top . In Thailand, we don’t usually add carrots, green beans, or some other vegetables.

Ground pork is most commonly used for Pad Ka Prow. So, Today we are going to cook Holy Basil stir fry with beef or “Pad Ka Prow Nua “ #ผัดกะเพราเนื้อ
