Maroon Ratchada 32

Maroon is a boutique condominium that celebrates individuality, inspired by New York’s blend of old and new—from Broadway’s heritage to modern icons like The Vessel. These fusion forms the project’s core concept, Industrial Glam, combining raw industrial textures with refined luxury.

The Sales Gallery features a cinematic atmosphere with maroon metal panels, black finishes, and the signature maroon red curtain leading into three themed show units: Fierce, Mystery, and Glam.

Public areas continue the Industrial Glam aesthetic with copper accents, dark woods, leather details, and dramatic lifestyle spaces, creating a cohesive, character-rich environment throughout the development.

Sales Gallery ถูกออกแบบให้มีบรรยากาศแบบโรงภาพยนตร์ ใช้แผ่นโลหะสีมารูน ตัวหนังสีดำ และม่านแดงมารูนที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ นำทางเข้าสู่ห้องตัวอย่าง 3 แบบ ได้แก่ Fierce, Mystery, และ Glam

พื้นที่ส่วนกลางยังคงคอนเซ็ปต์ Industrial Glam ด้วยลูกเล่นทองแดง ไม้โทนเข้ม หนัง และองค์ประกอบที่สร้างความดราม่า พร้อมพื้นที่ไลฟ์สไตล์ต่าง ๆ ที่ออกแบบอย่างมีเอกลักษณ์ ทำให้โครงการมีเสน่ห์และมีคาแร็กเตอร์เฉพาะตัวตลอดทั้งพื้นที่

Title Legendary BangTao

Rooted in Phuket’s rich trading history and colonial heritage, the Bangtao Condominium project reinterprets the island’s cultural legacy through contemporary interior design. Inspired by “Ang Mor Lao” and Chino-Portuguese architecture, the design blends European elegance with Chinese craftsmanship in a modern tropical context. The Sales Gallery features a café, living and meeting spaces, and four distinctive show units—BOHO, LOFT, Modern Luxury, and Modern Classic—each crafted around unique lifestyles, from creative surfers to refined families. Together with thoughtfully designed parking and clubhouse facilities, the project reflects Phuket’s past while celebrating modern island living through refined, story-driven interiors.

โครงการ The Title Legendary Bang Tao ถ่ายทอดแรงบันดาลใจจากประวัติศาสตร์ วิถีชีวิต และการค้าขายในยุคที่ภูเก็ตได้รับอิทธิพลจากชาวตะวันตก จนเกิดเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมแบบโคโลเนียลอันโดดเด่น แนวคิดดังกล่าวถูกนำมาตีความใหม่ผ่านงานออกแบบภายในร่วมสมัย โดยผสานเอกลักษณ์ของ “อังหม่อหลาว” และสถาปัตยกรรมชิโน-โปรตุกีส เข้ากับความสง่างามแบบยุโรป และงานฝีมือแบบจีน ในบริบทของการอยู่อาศัยบนเกาะเขตร้อนยุคใหม่

Sales Gallery ประกอบด้วยคาเฟ่ พื้นที่นั่งเล่น และห้องประชุม พร้อมยูนิตตัวอย่าง 4 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ BOHO, LOFT, Modern Luxury และ Modern Classic ซึ่งออกแบบเพื่อตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ที่หลากหลาย ตั้งแต่สายครีเอทีฟรักอิสระไปจนถึงครอบครัวที่ให้ความสำคัญกับรายละเอียด ทุกองค์ประกอบของโครงการ ตั้งแต่พื้นที่จอดรถจนถึงคลับเฮาส์ ล้วนสะท้อนเรื่องราวของภูเก็ตในอดีต ควบคู่กับการอยู่อาศัยร่วมสมัยที่มีเอกลักษณ์และตัวตนชัดเจน

Located in one of Bangkok’s most dynamic districts—where business, lifestyle, and entertainment seamlessly intersect—our design for Rhenus Logistics reimagines the modern workplace for a new way of working.

Our concept is a hybrid working environment where workspace meets living space. Designed to feel welcoming and comfortable, the office supports flexible workstyles through non-fixed workstations, adaptable furniture, and zoning that thoughtfully responds to different activities and noise levels.

Wellbeing and human-centric design sit at the heart of the project. Greenery, natural elements, and home-like spaces encourage focus, creativity, and productivity, while dedicated phone booths, meeting rooms, and quiet areas support both physical and mental wellness.
With technology that is always available, the smart office enables seamless connection and collaboration—whether working individually, as a team, or remotely. Broadcast corners and town hall areas further strengthen communication and community. Sustainability was also a key consideration, with an emphasis on eco-friendly materials and responsible design choices to reduce environmental impact.

This project reflects our belief that a thoughtfully designed workplace can inspire people to connect, collaborate, and thrive—every day.

สำนักงานตั้งอยู่ในย่านธุรกิจ ไลฟ์สไตล์ และความบันเทิง งานออกแบบที่ต้องการสะท้อนถึงวิถีการทำงานของคนยุคใหม่ และการใช้ชีวิตในเมืองอย่างแท้จริง

แนวคิดหลักของโครงการคือ Hybrid Working Space การหลอมรวมพื้นที่ทำงาน และพื้นที่ใช้สอยเข้าด้วยกัน ให้บรรยากาศการทำงานที่เป็นมิตร อบอุ่น และสะดวกสบาย รวมถึงรองรับการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นด้วยโต๊ะทำงานแบบ Hot Desk เฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ และการวางผังพื้นที่ที่คำนึงถึงกิจกรรม และระดับเสียงอย่างรอบคอบ

Well-being และ Human-Centric Design คือหัวใจสำคัญของงานออกแบบ พื้นที่สีเขียวและองค์ประกอบความเป็นธรรมชาติช่วยสร้างสมาธิ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน พร้อมด้วย Phone Booth ห้องประชุมหลากหลายรูปแบบ และพื้นที่ที่เงียบสงบ ให้ความเป็นส่วนตัว แก่พนักงานในการทำงานที่ต้องการสมาธิ

The Honor (Yothinpattana)

For The Honor Yothinpattana show houses, we explored two distinct yet complementary themes: “Crazy About Colors” and “Classically New.” The first draws from a vibrant, fashion-forward, art-loving personality, resulting in an eclectic and playful interior filled with bold hues, expressive styling, and modern functionality.

The “Classically New” home, inspired by a family who enjoys travel, bird watching, pastries, yoga, wine, and social gatherings, blends classical silhouettes with refined modern elements. Each level is thoughtfully crafted to feel elegant yet current, creating timeless warmth paired with contemporary comfort—beautifully reflecting the lifestyle of its residents.

สำหรับโครงการ The Honor Yothinpattana เรานำเสนอแบบบ้านตัวอย่าง 2 สไตล์ที่มีเสน่ห์แตกต่างกันแต่ยังสอดประสานกันอย่างลงตัว ได้แก่ธีม “Crazy About Colors” และ “Classically New”

Inspired by the sacred setting of Namo Buddha, Kathmandu, our concept for Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort & Spa reflects the spirit of “Dusita” — a celestial realm of bliss. Drawing from the legend of the Buddha’s great compassion, we blended Himalayan serenity with elegant Thai touches to shape a sensory, uplifting experience.

Crystal, gold, and silver tones echo the essence of the Tusita Celestial Castle, while the surrounding lotus-like landscape and glistening peaks guide our design language. From lobby to spa, each space is crafted to feel timeless, calm, and ever-glowing.

On 27 November 2025, we had the pleasure of attending the opening of Chanintr’s Time & Style collection, and it was such an inspiring experience. As viewers, we were truly impressed by how each piece reflected the quiet beauty of Japanese craftsmanship, blending tradition with modern refinement.

Highlights for us included the gentle glow of the Botan no Hana light, the sculptural presence of the stoneware side table, and the serene elegance of the Bisque Pendant. The warmth of the Nenrin stool, the simplicity of A Table in the Silent Forest, and the intricate detailing of the Kumiko Partition further showcased the brand’s remarkable dedication to material and technique.

Thank you, Chanintr, for an evening filled with artistry and inspiration.

Nimman Resort @ Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

The inspiration for this project comes from the tropical rainforest of Khao Yai—the flowing water, sunlight, and ever-changing shadows. We translated the “spirit of the forest” into a design concept that makes the user feel as if nature is breathing all around them.
The interior spaces are designed to be open and seamlessly connected, resembling an endless forest where wind, light, and shadow move through naturally. The shifting light and shadows throughout the day create different moods, giving each corner of the house its own character and sense of life.
The simple architectural structure is enriched through the use of patterns and textures inspired by nature, adding depth, softness, and visual interest to the space.
Ultimately, the design brings the atmosphere of the outdoors into the interior, allowing the home to feel like part of the forest—not just a place to live, but an experience of truly living alongside nature.

แรงบันดาลใจของโปรเจคนี้มาจาก ป่าดิบชื้นที่เขาใหญ่ —สายน้ำ แสงแดด และเงาที่เปลี่ยนไปตลอดวัน เรานำ “วิญญาณของป่า” เหล่านี้มาถ่ายทอดเป็นคอนเซปต์การออกแบบ ที่ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานรู้สึกราวกับธรรมชาติกำลังหายใจอยู่รอบตัว พื้นที่ภายในถูกออกแบบให้เปิดกว้าง และเชื่อมถึงกันอย่างลื่นไหล คล้ายผืนป่าที่ไร้ขอบเขต ให้ลม แสง และเงาเคลื่อนผ่านได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ แสงและเงาที่เปลี่ยนไปในแต่ละช่วงวันช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศใหม่ๆ ทำให้ทุกมุมของบ้านมีเอกลักษณ์ และชีวิตชีวาของตัวเอง โครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมที่เรียบง่ายถูกเพิ่มมิติด้วยการใช้ Pattern และ Texture ที่สะท้อนธรรมชาติ ช่วยสร้างความกลมกล่อม และเพิ่มความน่าสนใจให้กับพื้นที่ ท้ายที่สุดคือการดึงบรรยากาศธรรมชาติภายนอกเข้าสู่ภายใน ให้บ้านรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของป่า ไม่ใช่เพียงที่อยู่อาศัย แต่คือประสบการณ์ของการอยู่ร่วมกับธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง

Cerusing & Whitewash — The Art of Natural Wood Finishes

When we design furniture, one of our favorite ways to bring out the beauty of real wood is through cerusing and whitewash finishes. Both techniques highlight the texture and character of the wood — but in slightly different ways.

Cerusing, sometimes called a limed finish, enhances the natural grain of the wood by filling it with a light-colored pigment. This creates a beautiful contrast that makes the wood grain stand out, giving the furniture a rich and timeless look.

Whitewash gives a softer, lighter appearance. A thin white layer is applied over the wood so that the grain still shows through slightly. It’s perfect for creating a relaxed, airy, and coastal feeling — ideal for bright and natural interiors.

We love using these finishes on loose furniture like tables, sideboards, or chairs because they add warmth, depth, and a handcrafted touch. Both styles allow the natural beauty of wood to shine — simple, elegant, and full of character.

Every piece tells its own story through the grain, and these finishes help us celebrate that story in a subtle, timeless way.

Cerusing & Whitewash — ศิลปะแห่งงานไม้ธรรมชาติ

เวลาที่เราออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ หนึ่งในวิธีที่เราชอบเลือกใช้เพื่อเผยความงามของเนื้อไม้จริง คือ การใช้เทคนิค Cerusing และ Whitewash ในการเคลือบผิวไม้ ทั้งสองเทคนิคนี้ช่วยเน้นให้เห็นถึงพื้นผิว และลวดลายธรรมชาติของไม้ได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยที่ทั้งสองเทคนิคจะให้ความรู้สึกที่แตกต่างกันเล็กน้อย

Cerusing หรือ ที่บางคนเรียกว่า การทำสีขัดเสี้ยน (Limed Finish) เป็นเทคนิคที่ช่วยขับลายไม้ให้โดดเด่นขึ้น โดยใช้เม็ดสีอ่อนเติมลงในร่องลายไม้ ทำให้เกิดความตัดกันที่สวยงาม และดูมีมิติ เผยให้เห็นลวดลายไม้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมทั้งให้ความรู้สึกหรูหรา และคลาสสิกเหนือกาลเวลา

Whitewash ให้ความรู้สึกที่นุ่มนวล และสว่างขึ้น โดยการเคลือบไม้ด้วยชั้นสีขาวบาง ๆ ที่ยังคงให้เห็นลายไม้เล็กน้อย เหมาะกับการสร้างบรรยากาศโปร่ง โล่ง สบาย สไตล์ชายทะเล รีสอร์ท หรือภายในที่เน้นแสงธรรมชาติ และความเรียบง่าย

เราชอบใช้เทคนิคเหล่านี้กับ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัว เช่น โต๊ะ ตู้ หรือเก้าอี้ เพราะช่วยเพิ่มความอบอุ่น มีมิติ และให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนงานทำมือ ทั้งสองแบบช่วยเผยความงามตามธรรมชาติของไม้ได้อย่างลงตัว — เรียบง่าย สง่างาม และเต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์ในแบบของมันเอง

ไม้แต่ละชิ้นมีเรื่องราวของตัวเองผ่านลวดลายธรรมชาติ และเทคนิคการเคลือบผิวเหล่านี้ คือ วิธีที่เราช่วยขับเน้น และเฉลิมฉลองความงามนั้นอย่างนุ่มนวล และเหนือกาลเวลา
