Exzel Smart Home is recently contracted by our prestige Australian client for design-to-install complete home automation systems based upon Thread Matter standard by CSA (Connectivity Standards Alliance). The challenge of the project is all main stream manufacturers and founding members of Matter (Apple and Google included) are still in product development phase, we will not expect the first commercialized products till Q3-Q4 of 2023. basically we are to design not yet existing products.

With all the gorgeous mountains as backdrop, the property is surrounded by clean creek getting the flow from the mountain up top. Located in Khao Yai, the property will be the first one with this kind of scale in Thailand and the region to feature Matter home automation system when finished in 2024.

Site Inspection on this 8-year-long luxury house construction...

Our Project manager Pirot Lert has just been back from site inspection of this luxury 3,000 sqm house located in Bangkok, Thailand. I think we could share something here.

Key facts
- The ground breaking ceremony was made back in 2011 (Yest, it is 8 years ago.)
- Main contractor was changed 2 times
-Countless project management companies, the shortest life span is 1 week... 😅
- 3 MEP Contractor companies
- 2 different teams of cornice and sculpture artists; one of them is specialist artist from department of fine arts.

Despite all the mishaps, mismanagement, or in some case just a nature of residential projects where client change plans from time to time, there is only 1 Smart Home Automation company on this project and we have been in this from the beginning since 2011. We sure will push to the conclusion of the project.
