We’re Hiring: Project & Design Co-ordinator (aka The Calm in the Creative Chaos)
Location: Bangkok Songwat / Hybrid (WFH + occasional studio hangs)
Are you a master of juggling tasks, charming Google Sheets into submission, and gently herding creative cats?
We’re a small but mighty boutique design studio led by Saran Yen (semi-mythical) a Thai designer known for shaking up Thai visual culture—and occasionally shaking up the team with impossible deadlines, wild ideas, and spontaneous creative combustion. (Don’t worry, he’s rarely around.)
We’re looking for a Project & Design Co-ordinator to help keep our wildly creative machine running smoothly. You’ll be the glue between design, production, and clients—making sure timelines are met, designs are delivered, and nobody cries (too often).
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinating design and production schedules like a backstage wizard.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, collaborators, and couriers with patience and flair.
• Keeping the team on track (and occasionally bringing snacks).
• Helping manage design briefs, timelines, and project deliverables with military precision—but like, a chill army.
• Being the eyes, ears, and common sense in the room (especially when the boss floats in with another impossible idea).
What We’re Looking For:
• Organized AF. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and doesn’t crumble under creative chaos.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets—you know the drill).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus (you won’t have to design, but it helps when you speak the lingo).
• Background in design, production, or creative industries is a bonus—but good vibes and killer coordination skills matter more.
• Able to speak fluent Thai and decent English (you’ll deal with both local vendors and international clients).
• Flexible, resourceful, and thrives in environments that are slightly unhinged.
Perks:
• Hybrid working: split your time between home, the studio, and the occasional offbeat field trip.
• Get to work on one-of-a-kind projects in art, design, and cultural mayhem.
• Small team, big ideas, zero corporate nonsense.
• Free occasional rants from the boss (limited edition).
