At over 40,000 m², MyScape at Seacon Square Bangkok explores an exciting new direction in retail design — shaped around identity, activity, social connection and belonging.

Concept i’s MyPulse, MySelf, MyChill-Out and MyDineScape create different ways to move, express, meet, eat, discover and stay — a living social landscape for a new generation.

Crystal Gallery wins for Saudi Arabia!

Developed by Midad Real Estate and designed by Concept i, the project has won in the Retail Architecture category at the 2026-2027 Arabia Property Awards.

The design is inspired by Jeddah's heritage, with a contemporary interpretation of Al Balad urban formations and mashrabiya facades, reimagining the retail destination as an open, shaded place where the city comes together on the scenic Corniche, beside Midad's Four Seasons Hotel and Residences and the Red Sea waterfront.

One of a Kind, on the Red Sea

There is only one place where culture, ecology, architecture and the ocean converge. Where land and sea dissolve into one of the most unique sea experience.

Jeddah Central Development Company is transforming Jeddah's historic waterfront, reuniting the city with the sea. Within it, the Pier stretches over 400 metres into the Red Sea, designed by Concept i.

"The master plan begins with the ocean. The Pier reaches out to where the water deepens, the deep natural trench, and where marine activities become possible, adapting its form and respecting the natural coral shapes," states Francesc Domingo, Director of Architecture. "Jeddah Pier reinterprets Al Balad's traditional Islamic architecture in a contemporary way, where sculptural shade tents, the rhythmic geometry of its streets, and the movement of wind, water and coral become one with the visitor experience.”

Here, architecture, culture and the marine environment are fused together like nowhere else on earth.

An exciting new retail/lifestyle destination has opened at the heart of Shanghai’s West Bund.

FFC BinJiang XueLi Shopping mall by Forte brings together art, culture, commerce and lifestyle in a 220,000 sq.m waterfront development along the Xuhui Riverside.

Concept i are proud to provide Interior and Lighting Design services for the project. The heart of the mall comprises a vibrant, welcoming atrium, bathed in daylight, connecting people vertically and horizontally throughout the retail levels. Bold patterns and textures give a relaxed, charismatic ambiance inspiring people to explore, gather and connect.

Congratulations to Fosun Development Group on the grand opening of this exciting project.

Facade design is the foremost expression of a buildings brand identity. The success of this external “skin” is driven by both it’s visual appeal, and technical performance. When the two perfectly agree, the architecture thrives.

At Citystars Park St. in New Cairo, developed by Innovo Developments, we designed an envelope that does exactly that. of collaborated with our team, defining the parametric design of a double layer, sinuous facade, optimizing solar screening and panel standardisation. The fin orientation adjusts to the sun on every elevation. The sweeping horizontal lines carry the project language and identity across the entire 1.2 km site frontage.

We were delighted to see Jak’s facinating presentation of the work process at Zak World of Façade in Bangkok last week.

Citystars Park St. is a mixed-use district extending 1.2 kilometres along Cairo's New Ring Road, shaped by human-centric design. Its 290,000 square metres bring architecture, landscape, wellness, hospitality, commerce, and culture together in one live-work-play destination, with over 80,000 m², roughly 60% of the site, given to shaded streets, plazas, and gardens.

Thirty years ago, we founded Concept i on one simple belief: every great project begins with a powerful idea.

That philosophy became our identity and our process; Ideate. Innovate. Impact.

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, I'm proud to reflect on the journey, the values that have guided us, and the exciting future ahead. Our tools have changed dramatically. We have moved from hand sketches and drawing boards to BIM, AI and immersive digital technologies. Yet one belief has remained constant.

Great design begins with people;

Understand people before designing places.

Challenge convention with curiosity and collaboration.

Measure success not by square metres, but by the lives we enrich.

Whether we are designing a mixed-use destination or a retail center, a children's environment, a workplace, the question remains remarkably simple:

How will this enrich people's lives?

I believe that question will remain just as relevant over the next thirty years as it has over the past thirty.
