A home that doesn’t start with a pretty LOOK, but with how it is truly lived.

บ้านที่ไม่ได้เริ่มจาก “ความสวย” แต่เริ่มจาก “การอยู่จริง”
Project นี้เราแทบไม่ได้แตะงานภายนอกเลยแค่ทาสีใหม่ให้สว่างขึ้น ปรับสวนเล็กน้อย แล้วโฟกัสทั้งหมดไปกับการจัดการพื้นที่ข้างในส่วนปรับปรุงอาคารด้านหลังใหม่

เราออกแบบจากพฤติกรรมในชีวิตประจำวัน
พื้นที่ที่ต้องนั่งนานๆ แสงสว่างภายนอกเข้ามาภายในแล้วสบายตา และฟังก์ชันที่ยืดหยุ่นพอจะเปลี่ยนไปตามความต้องการ
มีทั้งมุมเก็บของที่กระจายอยู่ตามจุดต่างๆ
เตียงพับในมุมเล็กๆ และ โต๊ะพูลหรือสนุ๊ก ที่ปรับเป็นโต๊ะทานอาหารได้
ทุกอย่างถูกจัดวางให้ทำงานร่วมกัน ภายใต้พื้นที่ขนาดกะทัดรัดที่จบครบในที่เดียว

สุดท้ายแล้ว สิ่งที่เปลี่ยนจริงๆ อาจไม่ใช่ตัวบ้าน
แต่คือจังหวะการใช้ชีวิตที่ค่อยๆ ถูกจัดวางใหม่
จนพื้นที่นี้ค่อยๆ กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทุกวัน

For this project, the exterior was barely touched, just a few coats of paint and a subtle refresh of the garden while the focus shifted entirely to the interior of the back building.

The design is shaped by everyday lifestyles:
spaces for long hours of sitting, light that feels easy on the eyes and functions that adapt fluidly to different moments of the day.
Storage is placed distributedly throughout the space,
a foldable bed (Murphy) is tucked at the back corner,
and a pool table transforms into a dining table when needed. Everything is carefully arranged to work together within a compact, fully resolved space.

Eventually, what might truly change is not the house itself,
but the way daily life slowly finds its own rhythm and order,
until the space quietly becomes part of every single day.

A space designed not just to live in,
but to unwind, recharge, and truly enjoy everyday living.

งานออกแบบที่ดีคืองานที่สะท้อนถึงความต้องการของผู้อยู่อาศัย และไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เหมาะกับพื้นที่อาศัยแบบhigh rise ในเมือง แต่ถ้าไม่มีลูกค้าจริงๆละ เป็นลูกค้าสมมติ (งานแต่งห้องเพื่อปล่อยเช่า) เราต้องสร้าง need ขึ้นมาเพื่อตีโจทย์ออกมาว่า แล้วพื้นที่นี้จะรองรับการใช้ชีวิตแบบไหนได้บ้าง

ในโพสนี้เราเอาดีเทลdrawing มาให้ชมครับและเทียบรูปชัดๆแบบ before and after เพื่อให้เห็นความละเอียดและความใส่ใจที่อยู่ในแต่ละงาน แม้จะเป็นโปรเจคเล็กๆ ที่ไม่ได้เน้นงานออกแบบ (Design) เท่ากับงานตกแต่ง (Furnishing and Style Decor) แต่เราก็ให้ความสำคัญกับทุกๆงาน custom build ที่จะเสริมให้ห้องมีฟังชั่นการใช้งานที่ครบ รองรับการอยู่อาศัยในวิถีเมืองได้

Behind the aesthetics lies careful attention to design development and detailed drawings,
each element is prepared for off-site production, allowing for efficient on-site installation within 3–5 days. This approach minimizes on-site time while maintaining quality and craftsmanship, delivering a space that is fully completed and ready to move in.

LAVIQ Sukhumvit 57 — ห้องเดิม / โจทย์ใหม่ / ตัวตนใหม่ 🤎

งานนี้เราเคยตกแต่งไว้เมื่อปี 2021 วันนี้ได้กลับมาปรับโฉมใหม่อีกครั้ง ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าคนใหม่

โจทย์ไม่ใช่ “รื้อทั้งหมด”
แต่คือการปรับคาแรกเตอร์ทั้งห้องให้เท่ขึ้น คมเข้มขึ้นกว่าเดิม และทำยังไงก็ได้ ให้ของเดิมที่ดีอยู่แล้ว ยังอยู่ในดีไซน์ใหม่นี้อย่างกลมกลืน (เจ้าของใหม่และเจ้าของเก่าเป็นพี่น้องกัน)

โครงสร้างหลักหลายอย่างยังดีอยู่ เช่นตู้บิ้วท์อิน ผ้าม่าน พื้น เราเลยเลือกเก็บสิ่งที่ใช่ไว้ แล้วเติมตัวตนของเจ้าของใหม่เข้าไปแทน
Mood & Tone เลยขยับจากความหรูหราที่ชัดเจน
มาเป็น Quiet Luxury แบบเงียบๆ เรียบๆ สุขุม แต่มีพลัง ตู้โชว์สีทองเดิมที่หลายคนอาจจะจำได้ เราปลี่ยนฟิล์มและกรอบใหม่เป็น Metallic สีเทาเข้ม
เติมวีเนียร์ไม้วอลนัทลายภูเขา เพื่อเชื่อมดีไซน์กับตู้ทีวีเดิมให้ต่อเนื่องกันทั้งผนัง 💜 แค่เปลี่ยนวัสดุบางจุด ภาพรวมกลับเปลี่ยนอารมณ์ไปอีกแบบทันที

งานนี้เราแทบไม่ได้รื้ออะไรเลย เปลี่ยนแค่เฟอร์นิเจอร์และวัสดุบางจุด แต่พอทุกอย่างถูกจัดวางใหม่ในจังหวะที่ถูกต้อง ห้องเดิมก็กลายเป็นอีกเวอร์ชันหนึ่งโดยสิ้นเชิง เฟอร์นิเจอร์ลูกค้าคัดใหม่จากแบรนด์ที่ชื่นชอบ นำเข้าจาก Italy และ UK เส้นสายจะดูนิ่ง คม และบาลานซ์มากขึ้น แค่ไหนที่พอดี สำคัญตรงนี้ ลูกค้าเราเก่งมากๆ ฝนม่วงแค่ให้ความเห็น เค้าเลือกเฟอร์เองทั้งหมด

สำหรับอิฏฐ์ งานรีโนเวทที่ดี ไม่ใช่การลบของเก่าทิ้งทั้งหมด แต่คือการเชื่อมงานเดิมกับงานใหม่ให้เดินไปด้วยกันได้อย่างพอดี และออกมาตรงใจเจ้าของคนปัจจุบันที่สุด

เราทำ Turnkey Project หมายความว่า เราดีไซน์ เราส่งแบบตีราคา เราหาผู้รับเหมา เราบริหารจัดการโครงการ เราซื้อของเกือบทุกรายการ เราดูตารางส่งสินค้า รับของ เคลมของ จัดวางเฟอร์ แต่งพร้อพ และถ่ายภาพ วีดีโอ และส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า

✨ Purple Rain Studio — Nichada Thani Green Park VDO Reveal ✨ บรรยายโพสโดย Chat GPT สั่งโดยข้าพเจ้าเอง

Study/Play Room for Nong Mani ที่เรารีเฟรชใหม่ให้สาวน้อยประจำบ้านครับ จากเดิมที่เป็นห้องเด็กๆ สดใสจ๋า—ตอนนี้เขาโตขึ้นอีกสเต็ปกำลังจะเป็นวัยรุ่น ห้องก็ต้องปรับให้สมกับสาวเข้าวัยรุ่น mature ขึ้น แต่ยังต้องเก็บความละมุนแบบเดิมไว้ให้ครบ

เปิดประตูเข้าไป…ฟีลแรกคือความนุ่มของโทน soft white ที่ตั้งใจสว่างขึ้น สะอาดขึ้น เอาของเล่นรกๆออก จัดเข้าระบบ organize ให้ pair down เหลือเท่า ณ ช่วงวัยนี้ น้องสนใจเรื่องนี้
มุมแรกที่อยากเล่าเลยคือ study nook ที่อิฏฐ์เก็บโต๊ะเดิม แต่ตัดtop ใหม่ทรง curve แล้วหุ้มเก้าอี้ใหม่ ส่วน buidt in เก่าเราเติมกรอบให้เป็น arch โค้งเบา ๆ แบบซิกเนเจอร์ของ Purple Rain—ไม่เยอะ แต่พอนั่งแล้วรู้สึกปลอดภัย เหมือนมุมส่วนตัวที่พร้อมให้โฟกัสมากขึ้น

อีกมุมคือ curved sofa ยาว2.5เมตร ที่รับแขกได้ นอนพักงีบได้ และเหมือนโอบอุ่นแบบก้อนเมฆด้านบน เราสรรหาวอลเปเปอร์ลายน้ำมา และสเปรย์เพ้นท์โคมไฟระย้าลูกปัดกันใหม่☁️🌿

ห้องนี้เลยกลายเป็นพื้นที่ที่ bright แต่สงบ—ใช้งานได้จริง แต่ยังเต็มด้วยความอ่อนหวานเป็นห้องที่โตไปพร้อมเขา แต่ยังมีร่องรอยความ childhood ที่เราตั้งใจเก็บไว้ให้ไม่หายไปครับ 💛
