With that in mind, we would like to reassure everyone that we are committed to bringing back the Giant Godzilla 1995 in a new colorway as soon as possible, while continuing to uphold TYGTOY’s highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Additionally, we will implement a new set of rules for an upcoming lottery sale to make sure that only genuine collectors can win, and that resellers can be identified early on.

At Spiral Studio, we firmly believe that our collectibles derive their true value when placed in the hands of genuine collectors. This principle is fundamental to how we design and distribute our products.

It has come to our attention that four winners of The TYGTOY Giant Godzilla 1995 lottery have attempted to, or have already, resold their pieces through platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and private collector groups.

We do not support or tolerate scalping, flipping, or speculative reselling. Such actions are directly contrary to our values and undermine the integrity of our collector community. As a result, we have cancelled the four orders in question and issued full refunds to the respective participants as per the conditions stated that we reserve the rights to final results based on our sole discretion.

To ensure these pieces are allocated appropriately, we will conduct a new special lottery for the remaining four units by May 6, 2026. Further details will be announced on that date.

The lottery sale is now closed.

We would like to thank you for the overwhelming support. There are far more participants for this sale than we expected. While some participants won’t secure the Giant Series Godzilla 1995, we would like to make a promise that TYGTOY and Spiral Studio will work harder to increase the edition size of future releases so that everyone has more chances to acquire the pieces they love.

That said, TYGTOY’s priority still remains the same; to deliver the high-quality sofubi that our collectors love.

As for the lottery results, the winners will be announced by the end of day(PST Time). An invoice will be issued to the email associated with your lottery ticket within 2 business days.

At Spiral Studio and TYGTOY, we actively monitor the marketplace and take firm steps to identify and address resellers and scalpers of TYGTOY products. Our priority is to minimize unfair practices and help ensure that our releases reach genuine collectors, creating a more enjoyable and fair environment for everyone.

From the beginning, TYGTOY releases have been produced in smaller editions. This is because each piece requires a high level of care and craftsmanship. We use premium-grade soft vinyl that is odorless and specially hardened, and every item takes time to produce in order to meet our quality standards.

At the same time, we truly appreciate the growing support and enthusiasm from the community. In response, our upcoming release—Burning Godzilla 1995 (Giant Series)—will feature a slightly larger edition size to better meet demand, while still maintaining the level of quality we are committed to.

After the sale of Little Godzilla concluded, we have identified some users sharing the same IP, credit card, or address which lead to the same customers purchasing multiple pieces at once. This is considered to be against our rules.

We take this matter seriously as we value the support from our collectors above all else, not the scalpers or resellers. Accordingly we have cancelled 7 orders as a result.

This remaining stock will be put up for a lottery sale within 20 minutes.
