Trees of Thailand

Whenever I travel within the country, my biggest love is to capture trees. I am not kidding, we would stop the car at random spots just so I can capture the trees. Or I would go for walks and stumble across the most wonderful specimen and we would stay until I had satisfied my fill of random roots. These are a few of them.

Bangkok Art Walk

Organised by L’on. K.Lian & K.On are 2 of the loveliest people. They brought a whole community of artists together. Brought life to art in the streets of Bangkok. Brought traffic to the local businesses around them. On top of that, they donate to various charities through their events.

Sunday was so wholesome, I met like minded people who really connected with the tree art. Being grounded, expanding our roots and connecting through nature.

Someone bought me my own earrings, how fun! The governor of Bangkok, K.Chadchart bought my brain tree painting. I met the lovely K.Att.

My parents, husband and a few friends popped by. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday everyone!

Transparency

I’ve always found it very difficult to lie or pretend. My body language and animated face expressions always give away the truth. My eyebrows have a life of their own as Jennie would say. I used to find it very inconvenient, especially in a professional setting but also generally in life.

Recently though, after reflection I am so glad my face will give it away. It means I’ve always been honest with you about who I am. The quirky, the awkward, the distress and worry, the laughter and love. It’s all there, laid out exactly as is. It means there are very few hidden layers. It means you stuck around and loved me back for exactly who I am. As is. You chose to embrace all the rough edges and I am grateful.

So I guess embrace your weird, embrace your passion and embrace your raw honest self. You’ll truly be surprised with those who stick around. I know I am. Plus it’s so nice not to hide who are you. It is so powerful 💪🏽💜
