ผลงานออกแบบแนว Thai Tropical – โครงการบ้านตัวอย่าง เมืองเทียนจิน ประเทศจีน

ผลงานนี้เป็นการออกแบบในแนว Thai Tropical Style สำหรับบ้านตัวอย่างในเมืองเทียนจิน ประเทศจีน ซึ่งถือเป็นช่วงแรกเริ่มของยุคเฟื่องฟูด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของประเทศจีน ที่กลุ่มบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์รายใหญ่เริ่มให้ความสนใจกับแนวทางการออกแบบสไตล์ไทย

เอกลักษณ์ของงานแนวไทยถูกนำมาประยุกต์ให้เข้ากับบริบทของสภาพภูมิอากาศและรสนิยมของผู้พักอาศัยชาวจีนในยุคนั้น จนกลายเป็นกระแสความนิยม หรือ “เทรนด์” สำคัญในวงการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในระดับหรู ซึ่ง ดีไซน์เนอร์ชาวไทย ได้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการถ่ายทอดเอกลักษณ์แห่งความอบอุ่นและธรรมชาติของสถาปัตยกรรมไทย สู่ตลาดจีนได้อย่างโดดเด่น

Thai Tropical Style – Show House Project, Tianjin, China

This project represents an early adoption of Thai Tropical Style in the design of a residential show house in Tianjin, China. It coincided with the initial phase of the country’s booming real estate development, during which leading property developers began to incorporate distinctive international design concepts to capture the imagination of the market.

The adaptation of Thai-inspired tropical elements not only responded to the climatic conditions but also aligned with the lifestyle aspirations of Chinese residents at that time. This approach quickly became a design trend, reflecting the growing demand for unique and luxurious living environments.

Significantly, Thai designers played a key role in this movement, bringing authentic tropical aesthetics—warmth, natural harmony, and cultural identity—into China’s high-end real estate sector, thereby establishing a strong presence and influence in the region’s design industry.

Executive Lounge – ชั้น 54 อาคารสูง เมืองเสิ่นเจิ้น ประเทศจีน
โครงการนี้เป็นการออกแบบ Executive Lounge บนชั้นสูงสุด (ชั้น 54) ของอาคารสูงในเมืองเสิ่นเจิ้น
โดยมีแนวคิดหลักในการใช้พื้นที่บนสุดของอาคารให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
ทั้งในเชิง การสร้างประสบการณ์ทางสังคมและการเพิ่มคุณค่าเชิงสัญลักษณ์ ของอาคาร
การออกแบบมุ่งเน้นการเปิดรับทัศนียภาพที่โดดเด่นของมหานครเสิ่นเจิ้น ผู้ใช้พื้นที่สามารถมองเห็นวิวเมืองในลักษณะพาโนรามาได้อย่างชัดเจน
โดยจัดวางฟังก์ชันหลัก เช่น พื้นที่รับรอง พื้นที่นั่งพักผ่อน และพื้นที่บาร์ ไว้ตามแนวกระจกสูง เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมโยงระหว่าง สถาปัตยกรรมภายในกับภูมิทัศน์ภายนอก อย่างกลมกลืน
วัสดุและองค์ประกอบการตกแต่งถูกคัดเลือกอย่างพิถีพิถัน เพื่อสะท้อนบรรยากาศที่หรูหราและร่วมสมัย ขณะเดียวกันยังคำนึงถึงความสะดวกสบายและการใช้งานที่ยืดหยุ่น เหมาะสำหรับทั้งการพักผ่อนในบรรยากาศส่วนตัว และการพบปะทางธุรกิจในรูปแบบกึ่งทางการ
Executive Lounge แห่งนี้จึงทำหน้าที่เป็น “พื้นที่เชิงสัญลักษณ์” ของอาคาร สะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ความทันสมัย ความเจริญรุ่งเรือง และบทบาทของเสิ่นเจิ้นในฐานะมหานครสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจและวัฒนธรรมของจีน

ผมเคยมีโอกาสรับผิดชอบงานออกแบบโรงแรมที่ประเทศจีน ในสไตล์ ซินเจียง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของจีน พื้นที่แห่งนี้มีวัฒนธรรมที่ชัดเจนและเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ผู้คนส่วนใหญ่นับถือศาสนาอิสลาม ทำให้งานสถาปัตยกรรมสะท้อนอิทธิพลจากโลกอิสลาม ผสมผสานกับศิลปะจีนดั้งเดิม และงานฝีมือท้องถิ่นของชาวอุยกูร์ จนเกิดเป็นสไตล์เฉพาะตัวที่ทั้งงดงามและทรงเสน่ห์

ในช่วงเวลาที่บริษัท THKD Design ดำเนินงานอยู่ในประเทศจีน แนวทางการออกแบบ Tropical Style ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลาย ทั้งในกลุ่มโรงแรมระดับห้าดาว รีสอร์ท และโครงการที่พักอาศัยหรูหรา จนสามารถกล่าวได้ว่างานแนวนี้ได้กลายเป็น จุดเด่นและเอกลักษณ์สำคัญของบริษัท ในตลาดจีน ณ ขณะนั้น

การก่อตั้ง THKDESIGN.CO., LTD. ในประเทศไทย จึงไม่เพียงเป็นการขยายฐานธุรกิจ แต่ยังสะท้อนถึง วิสัยทัศน์ของบริษัท ที่พร้อมเปิดรับความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ความคิด และสภาพแวดล้อมทางการออกแบบ เพื่อนำไปสู่การสร้างผลงานที่ร่วมสมัย ตอบโจทย์ผู้ว่าจ้าง และยังคงรักษามาตรฐานความงามในเชิงวิชาชีพไว้อย่างครบถ้วน

During the period when THKD Design was operating in China, the Tropical Design Style became one of the most sought-after approaches in the luxury hospitality and residential market. Hotels, resorts, and high-end villas embraced this style for its ability to evoke a resort-like atmosphere, harmonizing natural materials, light, and open space. Over time, this design direction became a signature strength of THKD Design, distinguishing the company within the Chinese design landscape.
However, with success also came the desire for transformation. Seeking new opportunities and broader creative horizons, the company made the strategic decision to return to Thailand and establish THKDESIGN.CO., LTD. This marked not only an expansion of business operations but also a redefinition of vision—to pursue innovative design approaches that integrate cultural diversity, contemporary sensibilities, and sustainable practices.

Showcasing scale models and premium amenities, it creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients, while symbolizing the prestige and quality of Xi Lin Wan residences.

Xi Lin (犀麟) แปลตรงตัวว่า “กิเลน” ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์ในตำนานของจีน (คล้ายกับ Qilin/กิเลน) ถือเป็นหนึ่งในสัตว์มงคลที่สำคัญมากในวัฒนธรรมจีน
เมื่อใช้คำว่า Xi Lin ในชื่อโครงการอสังหาฯ จะสื่อถึง
ความ หรูหราและมงคล
การเป็นพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยที่ สงบสุข มั่นคง และรุ่งเรือง
สะท้อนถึง ความหมายดีงาม ตามความเชื่อดั้งเดิมของจีน
ดังนั้น Sale Center – Xi Lin Wan จึงไม่ใช่แค่ศูนย์ขายบ้านหรู แต่ยังสื่อถึง “เมืองแห่งกิเลน” หรือ “ดินแดนแห่งความเจริญมงคล”
