นิชาอยากเล่าถึงมุมมองของนิชาที่มีต่อพวงมาลัยค่ะ (English below🇬🇧)
พวงมาลัยเป็นสิ่งที่สะท้อนความเป็นไทยได้อย่างงดงาม แค่เห็นก็รู้ว่าเป็นของไทย แม้แต่คนต่างชาติก็ยังจดจำได้
ที่ผ่านมา เรามักมอบพวงมาลัยเพื่อแสดงความเคารพและขอบคุณ แต่นิชาอยากลองมองให้ไกลกว่านั้นค่ะ เราจะมอบพวงมาลัยเพื่อชื่นชมใครสักคนได้ไหม?
เพื่อบอกว่าเราเห็นความพยายามและความสำเร็จของเขา ในแบบที่เป็นไทยของเราเอง
นิชาอยากให้พวงมาลัยอยู่กับผู้รับไปได้นาน ๆ แขวนไว้บนผนังอย่างภูมิใจ และทุกครั้งที่มองเห็น ก็ยังนึกถึงช่วงเวลาสำคัญวันนั้น
งานของนิชาเป็นความตั้งใจที่จะให้เกียรติพวงมาลัย ซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์ที่พิเศษของไทย และพาความหมายของมันไปต่อ ให้เราได้ใช้พวงมาลัยชื่นชมคนที่เรารักและสิ่งที่เขาทำสำเร็จ ในแบบของเราเองค่ะ

I would like to share my vision for the Phuang Malai.
The Malai is a wonderful expression of Thai culture, instantly recognisable even beyond Thailand.
We traditionally offer it to show respect and gratitude. But could it also celebrate someone?
Recognise what they have achieved? Become a distinctly Thai way to honour an accomplishment?
I imagine a Malai that can be kept for years and displayed with pride on a wall, as a reminder of a meaningful moment.
Through my work, I hope to honour this unique Thai symbol and carry its meaning further: to give us another way to recognise someone and their accomplishments, in our own Thai way.
