A Home of Art & Wonder🧩🖼️🧸
นิยามคำว่า “บ้านในฝัน” ของนักสะสมชิ้นงานศิลปะ เติมเต็มจินตนาการในวัยเด็ก ซุกซ่อนไปด้วยรายละเอียดที่ สนุกสนาน ชวนค้นหา แต่แผงไปด้วยความงามและ aesthetic ของการใช้ชีวิต
บ้านพักอาศัยในโครงการ เศรษฐสิริ เริ่มต้นจากโจทย์ของครอบครัวขนาดเล็กที่มีสมาชิกเพียง 2 คน และแมวอีก 2 ตัว หลงใหลในการสะสม Art Toys และงานศิลปะ แนวคิดการออกแบบคือการเล่าเรื่องของผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยกับของสะสมชิ้นโปรด ที่จะหลอมรวมไปกับงานสถาปัตยกรรม พร้อมเปิดพื้นที่ให้ทุกๆคอลเลกชันเติบโตไปพร้อมกับการใช้ชีวิตอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
บ้านหลังนี้ จึงถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านการออกแบบพื้นที่ที่ให้งานศิลปะและการใช้ชีวิตเกิดขึ้นพร้อมกันอย่างนุ่มนวล ทุกฟังก์ชันของบ้านจึงเน้นรองรับการจัดวาง หมุนเวียนคอลเลกชันได้อย่างไหลลื่นตั้งแต่มุมมองของพื้นที่ ไปจนถึงรายละเอียดของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ล้วนถูกออกแบบให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและคำนึงความสมดุลของชิ้นงาน จึงเกิดการดีไซน์ทั้งพื้นที่ปิด(hidden) สลับเปิด(open) เพื่อให้ Art piece แต่ละชิ้นโดดเด่นต่างกัน และสร้างความน่าสนใจในแต่ละมุมราวกับในบ้านยังมีสิ่งให้ค้นพบใหม่อยู่เสมอ
“สมาชิก 2 คนในบ้านหลังใหญ่” สิ่งสำคัญคือการสร้างสเปซที่อบอุ่นและเข้าถึงกิจกรรมของกันและกันได้ เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดวางสัดส่วนของแต่ละโซนให้เชื่อมต่อถึงกัน ไปจนถึงการเลือกใช้โทนสีไม้และสีขาวนวลที่ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศเป็นมิตร อบอุ่น และไม่รบกวนความโดดเด่นของชิ้นงานศิลปะที่เป็นหัวใจของบ้าน สไตล์หลักของงานออกแบบหยิบเอาความ modern classic ของตัวสถาปัตยกรรมภายนอกมาตีความใหม่ ยังคงสะท้อนความหรูหราเดิมผ่านการใช้หินอ่อนหลายชนิดที่ให้คาแรคเตอร์ที่สง่าสงามและยังแผงไปด้วยหัวใจของความสนุกสนาน ถูกลดทอนให้ร่วมสมัยมากขึ้น เปิดโอกาสให้วัสดุ สี และพื้นผิวได้แสดงคาแรกเตอร์ของตัวเองอย่างโดดเด่น จนเกิดการผสมผสานร่วมสมัยในจังหวะที่พอดี
บ้าน กลายเป็นเป็นสถานที่หลอมรวม เรื่องราว จินตนาการและ ศิลปะการใช้ชีวิต เข้าไว้ด้วยกัน ทุกฟังก์ชันถูกออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อสะท้อนตัวตนของเจ้าของบ้านอย่างแท้จริง เปลี่ยนของสะสมให้กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสถาปัตยกรรม และทำให้ทุกวันของการอยู่อาศัยเต็มไปด้วยแรงบันดาลใจและความสุข

A Home of Art & Wonder reimagines the dream home of an art collector—a place where childhood imagination, playful discoveries, and the aesthetics of everyday living come together.
Located in Setthasiri Ruamchok, the house was designed for a couple and their two cats, whose passion for Art Toys and contemporary art shaped the design concept. Rather than serving as a backdrop for a collection, the house seamlessly integrates art into architecture, allowing both the collection and everyday life to evolve together.
Every space is designed to accommodate changing collections with flexibility. Carefully composed sightlines, adaptable furniture, and a balance of open and concealed display areas allow each Art Piece to stand out while creating moments of surprise and discovery throughout the home. Although designed for only two residents, the house emphasizes warmth, connectivity, and comfort. The original Modern Classic architecture is reinterpreted with a contemporary approach, combining natural marble, warm timber, and soft neutral tones to create a refined backdrop where materials, art, and daily life coexist in harmony.
Ultimately, the house reflects its owners' identity by integrating cherished collections into the architecture. More than a place to live, it is a home where art, imagination, and everyday life become one.

Sweet Cuddle House🧸🎄
เราเชื่อว่าบ้านคือจุดเริ่มต้นของเรื่องราวมากมาย ทั้งชีวิต ความทรงจำ อารมณ์ และประสบการณ์ที่ค่อย ๆ หล่อหลอมผู้คนที่อาศัยอยู่ภายใน บ้านจึงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่พักอาศัย หากแต่เป็นสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของการใช้ชีวิต โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่ครอบครัวกำลังเติบโต และกำลังจะต้อนรับสมาชิกคนใหม่
โครงการรีโนเวทบ้านเดี่ยวหลังนี้จึงเริ่มต้นจากแนวคิดของ “การโอบกอด” ความรู้สึกของการได้รับการดูแล ความอบอุ่น และการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสบายใจ แนวคิดดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นจากโจทย์ของเจ้าของบ้านที่ต้องการปรับปรุงบ้านให้รองรับครอบครัวเล็กที่กำลังก่อตัวขึ้น ขณะเดียวกันก็ยังคงให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่ของคุณตาและคุณยาย ซึ่งยังคงใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกัน ภายในบ้านหลังเดิม โจทย์หลักของการออกแบบจึงกล่าวถึงการสร้างสมดุลระหว่างการใช้ชีวิตของคนต่างวัย ให้ทุกคนมีทั้งพื้นที่สำหรับการใช้เวลาร่วมกัน และพื้นที่ส่วนตัวที่ให้ความรู้สึกสงบและเป็นอิสระ ราวกับบ้านทั้งหลังคอยโอบรับทุกความสัมพันธ์ไว้พร้อมกัน
เมื่อตีความแนวคิดนี้ผ่านบริบทของบ้านเดิม เราพบว่าตัวอาคารยังคงมีเสน่ห์จากสัดส่วนที่ไม่สูงมาก ซึ่งสร้างความรู้สึกเป็นมิตรและอบอุ่นตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เข้ามา เราจึงเลือกเก็บคุณลักษณะนี้ไว้ พร้อมปรับปรุงพื้นที่ในแง่มุมการไหลเวียนของลม การรับแสงธรรมชาติ และการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ให้ลื่นไหลมากขึ้น การรื้อและเปิดพื้นที่บางส่วนช่วยลดความอึดอัดของผังเดิม ขณะเดียวกันก็เปิดมุมมองสู่พื้นที่สีเขียวภายนอก โดยยังคงรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้อยู่อาศัย
ทั้งนี้ด้วยข้อจำกัดด้านความสูงของอาคาร เราเลือกใช้การออกแบบฝ้าเพดานเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการสร้างมิติให้กับพื้นที่ การเล่นระดับฝ้าและการใช้เส้นโค้งที่ค่อย ๆ ไล่ระดับอย่างนุ่มนวล ช่วยให้พื้นที่รับรู้ได้ว่ากว้างและโปร่งขึ้น พร้อมถ่ายทอดแนวคิดของ “อ้อมกอด” ผ่านภาษาสถาปัตยกรรมที่เรียบง่ายลงไปในรายละเอียดต่างๆของบ้าน ในด้านวัสดุเราเลือกใช้ไม้สีอ่อนและโทนสีเบจเป็นองค์ประกอบหลัก เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่สว่าง สงบ เข้าใจง่าย และเป็นมิตรกับคนทุกวัย และยังเปิดโอกาสให้เรื่องราว และตัวตนของสมาชิกแต่ละคนค่อย ๆ เติมเต็มบ้านหลังนี้เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป
การจัดผังภายในสะท้อนแนวคิดเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ของครอบครัวอย่างชัดเจน พื้นที่ถูกแบ่งออกเป็นสองปีกหลักที่เชื่อมต่อถึงกันอย่างพอดี ปีกหนึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ของครอบครัวรุ่นใหม่ ประกอบด้วย Living Area สำหรับการพักผ่อนหลังเลิกงาน การใช้เวลาส่วนตัว หรือการออกกำลังกาย อีกปีกหนึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ของคุณตาและคุณยาย ซึ่งออกแบบให้เอื้อต่อกิจวัตรประจำวัน รวมถึงการเตรียมอาหารเพื่อรอต้อนรับลูกหลานกลับบ้าน
ระหว่างพื้นที่ทั้งสอง เราวาง Pantry และ Dining Area ให้เป็นหัวใจของบ้าน พื้นที่กลางที่ทุกคนจะได้กลับมาพบกัน รับประทานอาหาร พูดคุย และแบ่งปันเรื่องราวในแต่ละวัน เพราะเราเชื่อว่าความสัมพันธ์ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากพื้นที่ที่ใหญ่ที่สุด แต่เกิดขึ้นจากพื้นที่ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้คนได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกันอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
บ้านหลังนี้จึงนำเสนอการออกแบบสภาพแวดล้อมที่พร้อมเติบโตและเปลี่ยนแปลงไปพร้อมกับครอบครัว “การโอบกอด” จึงไม่ได้หมายถึงเพียงรูปทรงของสถาปัตยกรรม แต่หมายถึงความรู้สึกที่บ้านมอบให้กับทุกคนที่อาศัยอยู่ภายใน -- ความสบายใจเมื่อได้กลับบ้าน และพื้นที่ที่พร้อมเก็บสะสมเรื่องราวของครอบครัวไปอีกยาวนาน

We believe that a home is more than a place to live—it is where memories, relationships, and everyday life take shape. This renovation is inspired by the concept of "Cuddle," expressing warmth, care, and togetherness. Designed for a young family preparing to welcome a new member while accommodating the grandparents who continue to live in the house, the project creates a balance between shared living and personal privacy across generations.

Rather than changing the identity of the existing house, the design preserves its welcoming scale while improving natural light, ventilation, and spatial flow. Selective demolition opens the interior to surrounding greenery, creating a brighter and more connected living environment without compromising privacy.

With the building's limited ceiling height, the ceiling became a key architectural
element. Soft curves and subtle changes in ceiling levels enhance the perception of openness while reflecting the idea of an embrace. Light wood and warm beige tones reinforce a calm, timeless atmosphere that allows the family's memories and daily life to become the true focus of the space.

The layout is organized into two wings for the young family and the grandparents, connected by a central pantry and dining area that serves as the heart of the home. More than a place to eat, it is where family members gather, share everyday moments, and strengthen their relationships. Ultimately, the project creates a home that grows with its family, offering warmth, comfort, and a lasting sense of belonging.
