🇹🇭 One thing I’ve learned from sharing Thai cooking with visitors…
People don’t always remember the recipe.
They remember the little things.
Making curry paste from scratch.
Squeezing fresh coconut milk. 🥥
Sitting together and talking while the food is cooking.
Laughing when something doesn’t go exactly as planned. ❤️
And then, of course, sitting down together and eating the food we made.
That’s what I love about sharing Thai cooking from my home in Krabi.
It’s not really about teaching someone how to follow a recipe.
It’s about sharing a little piece of everyday Thai home life with someone who came here from somewhere else.
That’s why I’ve always wanted Bow’s Thai Country Kitchen to feel more like visiting a Thai friend’s home than going to a cooking school. 🇹🇭🌿
And honestly, those are the moments I enjoy the most. ❤️
