Biography of Phra Khru Worawetmuni (Luang Por Ee), Wat Sattahip, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province Phra Khru Worawetmuni is commonly known as “Luang Por Ee” . Wat Sattahip (Wat Luang Pho Ee) was the temple that Luang Pho Ee built in 1899 and he was the first abbot. Luang Pho Ee was very skilled in Samatha-Vipassana meditation, that is, he was skilled in entering and leaving, and in resting the mind as Kasina and in Dhamma as desired. It should be called having a sense of balance because when he wished to restrain his mind, nothing could obstruct his inner path. He could enter and exit smoothly as desired. When talking about his qualities, he was far superior to other monks because he could always lift his mind free from suffering. Luang Por Ee created many different amulets including the very famous phallus (equal to that of Luang Por Leu Paet Riew), takruts, yantra shirts, coins, Phra Pid Ta, Phra Sam, and Phra Si (Phra Brahma with four faces). It is said that during the years 1940-43, Luang Por Ee also had many famous items that he took to the Indochina War. His fame was parallel to that of Luang Por Jad of Wat Bang Krabue and Luang Por Chong of Wat Na Tang Nok.
Phra Sam and Phra Si or Phra Brahma with him were also created. Both amulets are made from Mekkaphad material. One is made as a three-faced Buddha sitting on a lotus petal base (3 faces, 3 statues). As for the four-faced Buddha or four-faced Brahma, all four faces are made as well (4 faces, 4 statues). In terms of Buddhist virtues, it both provides safety and invulnerability.
