This house reflects the identity of its retired engineer owner through a mix of concrete and steel structures. The concrete base provides strength, while the lightweight steel upper floor allows flexibility. The 5–6 meter ceiling highlights the structural clarity, leaving all elements exposed. The design connects seamlessly with nature and balances engineering precision with comfortable living.
