🏡 บ้านเนินน้ำ – เส้นสายที่กลมกลืนกับธรรมชาติ ความเรียบง่ายที่แฝงด้วยรายละเอียด และบรรยากาศที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คนกับบ้านอย่างแท้จริง
ออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด “Modern Serenity” บ้านที่ตั้งอยู่บนที่ดินจัดสรรริมเนินน้ำธรรมชาติ — จุดเด่นของทำเลที่ให้ความรู้สึก “อยู่สูงขึ้นเล็กน้อยจากระดับพื้น” แต่ยังใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติของผืนน้ำและพื้นที่สีเขียวรอบข้างอย่างกลมกลืน
โทนสีของบ้านเน้นความสว่าง สะอาดตา และรู้สึกโล่งโปร่งในทุกมุม ด้วยการเลือกใช้เฉด ขาว-เทาอ่อน ผสานวัสดุไม้และแสงธรรมชาติให้เกิดมิติในงานออกแบบอย่างพอดี เส้นสายสถาปัตยกรรมเรียบคมแต่ไม่แข็งกระด้าง ด้วยการออกแบบ หลังคาปั้นหยาต่ำ ที่ช่วยลดความร้อนสะสม รองรับสภาพอากาศร้อนชื้นของเมืองไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี และยังให้ภาพลักษณ์ของบ้านที่ดูสุภาพแต่ทันสมัย
พื้นที่ใช้สอยถูกออกแบบอย่างตั้งใจให้ตอบรับการใช้ชีวิตของครอบครัวยุคใหม่
ตั้งแต่พื้นที่จอดรถ 3 คันใต้ชายคา มุมนั่งเล่นที่รับแสงธรรมชาติได้ทั้งเช้าและบ่าย ห้องนอนที่แยกมุมพักผ่อนออกเป็นส่วนตัว ไปจนถึงโถงชั้นบนที่สามารถมองลงมายังส่วนรับแขกหรือจัดเป็นโซนอ่านหนังสือก็ได้เช่นกัน
ในมุมของผู้ออกแบบ "บ้านเนินน้ำ" ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงงานออกแบบบ้านในแปลงจัดสรรทั่วไป
แต่เป็น บ้านที่ใช้บริบทของทำเลมาเป็นแรงบันดาลใจ
บ้านที่หายใจร่วมกับธรรมชาติรอบตัว บ้านที่ไม่ได้มีดีแค่ฟังก์ชัน
แต่ส่งต่อความรู้สึก “เรียบ สงบ อบอุ่น และมีรสนิยม

Set on an elevated plot near a natural water source within a quiet residential development, Baan Noen Nam was designed to harmonize with its surrounding landscape — capturing the essence of tranquility and openness, while celebrating modern tropical living.
☀️ The architectural language is clean, calm, and contemporary, featuring a soft color palette of white and light grey that creates a serene backdrop for daily life. Warm wood textures and ambient lighting add depth and softness, giving the house both elegance and comfort.
The low-hipped roof design is a key response to the Thai climate — helping reduce heat buildup while preserving a refined silhouette. The wide eaves provide shade and help regulate indoor temperature, creating a naturally cool environment throughout the day.

The design starts from the land — slightly raised above the waterline, capturing gentle winds and subtle shifts of light. Every space inside the house is thoughtfully connected:
